Found a new place to run/walk last night, the Beach! I didn't even know we had a path to run on. In my defense I've only lived in this town 16 years! Lol :)

Catching up, busy couple of days!!

53 minutes Banish Fat by Jillian...did all 7 circuits, not feeling it's that banishing, so today I switched to Yoga Meltdown, LOVE IT!! It uses no weights but I worked up more sweat in 30 minutes than I did in 53 of the other one, so I've found my workout for the next 30 days! Plus it's free on BeFit.

53+30+70 minute walk + one hour swim brings me up to

680/2000

Finished working for the school year! :cool1: Today I walked 3.25 miles with my early group then had a 30 minute break before another 3 miles with my second walking group. Can tell I haven't done that in a while!

Finally had a chance to catch up on the minutes after fighting with jet lag for a whole darn week! :eek: Glad to say I was able to get the legs moving again. Whew! :crazy2:

Today I did 80 minutes on the treadmill I have graduated from the C25K program into the bridge into 10K.

Have you tried yoga yet?

It is so boring.....really, really, really......but I swear it is the only reason I am running.

Also, as part of your pt are you doing a lot of piriformis strength stuff?

Every therapist I have seen has insisted I have a weak piriformis which has caused the itband problems.

Well.....I have strengthened it to death and now am dealing with piriformis syndrome.

I think from the beginning it was back/piri issues, not weakness.

Anyhow, the yoga has helped me immensely. I am not 100% and may not ever be, but I have not had any itband issues since I have been going to yoga regularly. (2-3x per week.)

I have yoga meltdown. It is deceivingly hard! And its my "bad luck" video as I always manage to hurt myself doing it! But it is a good one.

What is BeFit? I could use some new videos. Especially Pilates.
 
I'm still fighting this cold so tomorrow and maybe Friday will be rest days, maybe a little walking if I feel up to it.

I ran 4 miles today plus warm up/cool down is 45 minutes.

Today I had a three hour golf clinic and scramble. I'm not exactly sure how to record this. I wouldn't say all of it would count as exercise, but it was still a workout! I really felt it in my shoulders, forearms and, believe it or not, my abs. So, I'll go with two thirds of it counting and the rest recreation.

So, I guess that puts me at:
