Jumpin' June Exercise Challenge--Everyone Welcome!

Well, after a couple of days off due to some knee problems, I'm back on the wagon :). Today I got to try out the treadmill DH bought me. I did 6.45 miles in 80 minutes. Now I have to figure out what's harder.....forcing myself to go to the gym without my workout buddy or working out at home with my kiddos trying for my attention the entire time!

60 minutes today doing the Walk Away The Pounds Express 4 Mile Workout DVD. It's a surprisingly challenging workout and I was NOT feeling it but I got it done.

Bike and walking around the "Saturday" market and the farmer market and then out to check the floats we worked on after they weathered the parade.

Took Sat. off to work and attend a family graduation party. Back to it today, and it felt great. I guess sometimes the day off is just as good...
Today 10 min. warmup on treadmill; 20 minutes of strength exercises; then 430 minutes on elliptical with interval training. Hope to do it all again tomorrow.

Today did two 30 min videos, low intensity cardio and bikini toning or something like that. I think I have my body in a workout routine so I actually missed working out this weekend while camping! We did walk a bit, but it was too leisurly to count as exercise.

Never thought I'd be saying this, but today I ran 70 minutes on the treadmill for National Running Day. A couple of months ago, this would have been a crazy though for me.....I can't believe C25K actually worked!

An hour and 12 minute 10K this morning. It was almost all uphill! Plus there was a crazy lady in a Cocus at one point hitting runners on the course. I understand you might be frustrated that there is a race in your sub, but REALLY!?!? And she had a handicapped license plate! Oh we'll, not one was badly hurt, just clipped.

Finally had a chance to catch up on the minutes after fighting with jet lag for a whole darn week! :eek: Glad to say I was able to get the legs moving again. Whew! :crazy2:

4/8 - run/abs/PT - 60 minutes
4/9 - elliptical - 40 mins (ugh!)
4/10 - yoga - 75 mins

I love having my own treadmill!!!! Today I did 60 minutes (2 miles of running along with a little over 2 miles of walking).

I caught my toddler's cold (which is probably while my workout yesterday felt so hard) but managed a 4 mile run today. 45 minutes.
