Swimming Laps: 10 --would have done more but the clap of thunder and streak of lightning had me running to the house. But the good news is, it put me right at goal
Did my 1.8 this moring. Was all set for 4 miles this evening. I only finished 1 mile...I have been fighting some stomach bug (or something) and everytime I started I had to run to the bathroom.
It brings my total for July to 86.5/125 miles.
I keep getting farther and farther away form reaching goal....

I've done pretty poorly with my goal. As of today I am at 10 days out of my targeted 20 days. I will definetly be more dilligent next month on meeting my goal. At least my 10 days have been good/hard workout days.
I think I'm 1540/1800- it's in my siggy. I'm well on target for reaching my goal, although my ankle is starting to act up while I'm working out :S Next month, I may do a slightly lesser workout load each day.
I broke a few toes on July 17 and had not been able to walk very easily. However, on Tuesday the 24 (a full week later) I gave it a go and exercised 50 minutes. I felt so good, I exercised again yesterday for 60 minutes .
