I wasn't able to do any exercise during my lunch break so I made myself get in the pool when I got home. I wasn't motivated until I got started then I did more than I anticipated:
Had to work late (at 12 hours shift 7:30 -7:30) and didn't get home until 8:45, so I didn't get my evening walk in. But I did get up and do two miles this morning.
Hidy ho everyone! I had a good workout tonight. I did the treadmill, elliptical and free weights for a total of 85 minutes. My total to date is 322/660. I'm going to continue to plug away. I hope to meet my goal before the end of the month.
I just realized I messed up my math on 7/7 and forgot to report some other odds & ends workouts, so I am at 748/1000, heading into vacation. Hoping to do some running at WDW and on the ship. Does the walk to Serenity Beach at Castaway Cay count? LOL!
Oh, and I finished my crunch & push-up challenge. I have done at least 100 of each every day since May 8 -- 74 days in a row! 7400 crunches and 7420 pushups!
