July Exercise Challenge (Updated 8/1)

Count me in for 150 minutes this weekend. Thank God for the Tour de France (I cross train on my spinner for at least one hour each night while watching the Tour). By the end of the Tour, I should be in great shape! ;)
I don't know how those guys do it. Two days and my butt is sore! :teeth:

Hi Kathy! I would love to do this again. Since I just missed my goal of last month, I would like to do the same this month. 1000 minutes. Most of mine is walking right now, but going to get more agressive!

I just got back a few minutes ago from swimming and playing in the rec center pool with DD.

I did 30/900 today in the pool before I started playing with DD and DH.
 
I only managed a 20 minute walk tonight. I cleaned and cooked alllll day so I was pretty worn out. I'm not even sure if I'll get to exercise tomorrow at all, but hopefully in the morning...... My total is 135 minutes now.
 
Please add me....all the $1.50 ice cream quart deals are catching up to me. :rotfl2:
 
I meant to say in my last post that I appreciate being accountable to someone (or someones!) about exercise. It's helping me a lot. I'm looking forward to a yoga class and a water weights class tomorrow. I guess the good thing is that we don't have anything planned tomorrow, we'll be at home, just the three of us, and I'm making a pot roast. :)

20 mins yesterday and today puts me at 100/1000.
 
I'm at 120 so far. That puts me at 120/1200--exactly 10%!

41 minutes today for me. 25 minutes of Taebo and 16 interval training on the treadmill. That brings my total to 176/1300. No walk tonight due to company coming.
 
I took two classes at the rec center/gym today, a yoga class and a water weights class, so I've got 105 for the day to add to my 30 from last night. I'm at 135/900. Feels good to try new classes. I'm hoping to get in tomorrow for another class but the kid care portion of our gym is full right now, I've got to call and see if they have any cancelations tomorrow. I can get in at noon but I was hoping for a deep water class, I guess if we can't get in early I'll try at noon and just walk around the suspended track.
 
I'm coming in kinda late, but my July minutes have already added up!

Since I'm off from work for the summer, being a teacher and all...and I leave for the World on the 20th, I'm going to set my goal pre-July 20th for 1200 minutes! Phew!

I am currently at 275/1200. :)
 
Did the Beaver Lake nature trail. 3 miles in 51 min. Total for month is 107 min.
 
I have gone thru all the posts prior to this and pickud up everyones times. If I don't ahve you time right in the first post, let me know.

Count me in for this too! I'm trying to make a complete life-style change. I'll sign up for 1000 for July. I already have 60 minutes! 60/1000
 
I have been working, and I haven't had time to post. I did 35 minutes on Sat. & 60 minutes on Sun. So, right now, I am at 95/1200. I am going to step it up starting tomorrow! :banana:

I'm glad to say that I can finally rejoin the exercise board, so please add me! After missing out on May and June with my foot injury, I'm back on track. Please put me down for 1200 minutes and we will see what happens.
So far this month I have: Saturday- 70 min with my 4 miles plus warm up and cool down, Monday-40 minutes on the TM, and today 30 minutes WATP for a total of 140 minutes.
