July Exercise Challenge (Updated 8/1)

I would like to join the challenge. My minutes will be low though since I am just gearing back up after foot surgery but I will be trying 800 minutes.

How do I get a clippie? Are they posted some place?

Lori - the clippie is included in post 11 on the first page. Glad to have you aboard.

Renee - you just log your exercise minutes and try to meet your goal. You can count the time for any exercise you do.
 
Ok, I need to get up off my fat....well, you know....and a good WISH challenge usually motivates me. Put me down for 800 minutes, please. MUST do something!!!

Since I am doing a healthy lifestyle program through work now I'll sign up for 1000 mins! I should be able to hit that.
 
Hello all and thanks for starting this challenge. I will try to post just once a week with my total minutes so I won't clog up the thread. I will update my minutes each time in my siggie instead.

So...today I did 100 minutes to start off. I will post again next Saturday.

Please add me. I am going to be conservative this month and say 750. I have a small vacation this month and have just been having a harder time finding the time to exercise lately. I must get back on track though! :cool1:

I have already got 60 minutes in today for all of the yard work I did. :crazy:

cant help with the clipart but would like to sign up for 500 minutes.. new to this board and just starting out on losing so Ill start at 500 for july anything extra will be great!!!!!!
 
I am going to count 15 for wandedring around in Vermont yesterday.

If I miss your update, PM me and I will correct it. I have set up an excel spreadsheet to help me.

Today was a 41 min bike ride. Was going to walk 6 miles but we have severve tstorms rolling thru.
 
Already, this challenge is helping me become more accountable for exercising. Today, I didn't feel like exercising at all, but due to this challenge, I went for a 60 minute walk (5.5km). It's not intense exercise, but exercise nonetheless. My total now is 115 minutes
