another 180 minutes! 1390/3600!
Hope the visit to the doctor goes well!I am at 1090/1300 for this month!
Still having a lot of trouble with my left hip. Swam 1500 meters yesterday which shouldn't bother it much since that's not a weight bearing exercise. Actually, it didn't hurt while I was swimming, but you should have seen me trying to get out of the pool and walk to my car!Only things that seem to help are Tylenol and ice. I'm back to the orthopedist on Tuesday.
Thanks so much for filling in this month, Rose! I have needed all the motivation I can get!
I MADE MY GOAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Can you tell I'm just the least bit excited? LOL
If I checked correctly, the last time I posted, I was at 806 min. I did 50 min. on both Tuesday and Wednesday of this past week, plus 34 on Thursday, and 30 on Friday. I skipped yesterday (heat and I need a day off occasionally) and then did 35 minutes today, which brings me to 1005/1000!
Thanks Rose!
Hoping to read that others have reached their exercise goal as well!
CC
Good luck on your race! Can't wait to hear about it!10 miles, 150 min (walked the last 4). High today here is 101, and it was 85 when we started at 6:40, so I am happy with it.
1380/1600 , 86%.
I am unfortunately unlikely to make my goal this month, as I have a half marathon next Sunday and am going to take it easy all week. Oh well! I might come close.
That's a great attitude Tracey!Ok, so I just realized I won't reach goal unless I do 5 hours everyday until next Saturday. I plan on doing at least 2 hours each day starting Wednesday and some on the other days but I will just commit to next month and get as far as I can this month!
Almost there Kathy! I think you will enjoy being able to look back and see how far you have traveled! It helps me to calculate speed as well, because I am really able to see how much other things effect my workouts such as what I am eating, the weather, etc. I have really enjoyed running the challenge for Julie this month.I am up to 900/1000 this month.
I don't get here to post often enough, but I keep track with my low tech pen and notebook spreadsheet.![]()
Rose, I did start adding the miles I run/walk to my note book after talking about it with you, and I think that will be a big motivator. Next month I think I'll leave a space for speed too. It's nice to have it all written down, especially since I have such a bad memory.
Thank you, Rose for running this challenge.
Congrats CC!!I MADE MY GOAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You can do it!I am at 730/1000. I am confident I will meet my goal. I just have to kick it up this week!
Have a terrific week everyone!
Congratulations on meeting your goal!!!!!!!!
Congrats CC!!
I am at my goal for this month.I always debate setting my goal higher--but I really like making it and going over.
Maybe next month I'll set the goal for 1600 instead of 1500. Have to think about that.
Hang in there everyone. I looked at the long range forecast and at least where I live, the temps are supposed to go down a little bit this week. Hope everyone is able to finish out the month strong!
Woo-hoo!
