Today's exercise - 157 minutes
With my wife:
Warmup walk - 5 minutes
Ran 3 miles - 37 minutes
Cooldown walk - 10 minutes
By myself:
Ran/wallked 7.5 miles - 95 minutes
Cooldown walk - 10 minutes
July tally - 1890/3000

So I gutted it out on the elliptical and did some body weight exercises. Then turned around, swore at my alarm this morning at 4:47AM
and did an HIIT workout on the elliptical again.
