Well I'm back after a lousy 4 days. I had some kind of GI/stomach crud which made training not a good idea. This was somewhat problematic for my 5k race I had on Saturday. I would have skipped the race but my DS was so looking forward to it. Oh well, it's over and done with and I'm feeling so much better now. On the down side, I don't think I'll make goal for this month.

I managed to make it through the day, get home, crawl into my sweats and into bed with the
. Sometimes you just need one of those kind of days.
And of course, I'm paying for it now as I feel like a big, fat
