Is getting a counter service meal the first week in July going to be as big as a hassle as I think it is? Or does Disney do a good job of staffing, so the lines still move pretty fast? I'm trying to get an idea of where I want to eat when, and if getting counter service is an ordeal, I may plan more table service meals.

if you eat when it is busy, it will be busy, if you eat when it is not busy...

lunch time hours at CS tend to be crowded, eat a big breakfast... wait till about 1:30 - 2p to have lunch

We tend to do the opposite. Have lunch before or right around 11. No problems! And everything is clean!

We tend to look for lunch by 11:30 at the latest as we have either skipped bkft or grabbed something quick on our way to the parks. Less crowded and we're hungry is two pluses! The other option is to eat after 2pm. I would definitely try to avoid all CS meals between 11:45-1:45 - Yikes! The lines are super long and there is NO place to sit.
