HI,
We've never gone to the Pirate's Deck Party. It has always seemed crowded and very loud. So I didn't know that people actually wear costumes. Do a lot of people dress up?

i'm planning on wearing a gypsy like dress with beads and coins at the top. i didn't want to pack my boots for my other pirate outfit. they weigh about 5lbs.

If so DH will be impressed- it's a long time since I earned anything

Maybe we could start an Adopt a Tag scheme for those sadly lacking.....??
Bit like sponsoring an animal at the zoo, but funnier and less cash involved?

Dryers are also a good place to hide things!

Hey, if your junk will fit in a closet or two you have it made already! What are you worried about!

Between the baseball fields and the boards, the dog is lucky to get fed and thank goodness by dh is easy to please when it comes to meals!

My poochie is packing a suitcase to stay with a friend and my dh thinks she will never be welcome again because I have spoiled her too much !
We all know who spoils her, and it isn't me....

Don't feel bad, Helen! I think we are all in the same boat, literally! We just got home from the baseball field and I was snapping pictures of my grandson pitching a no-hitter when guess what--the battery was nearly gone. It did hold up, but the rest of his team did not ....lost in extra innings.

When we came home, I could not find the charger!

Well, I did find it about 20 minutes into the hunt... already put together with the other camera's charger for the trip!!! I tried to pretend I was so organized , but I think dh saw right through that one!!

Hey guys = just a quick note. I want to say how much I appreciate this group. I try to read up on other threads when I have a chance. Some people are so grouchy and mean spirited - it's really too bad. I realize that we can hide behind our disnames - but that doesn't mean that people need to be so judgemental and contrary and downright pissy.

Anyway, just my two cents and, (rubbing his eyes smiley), I love you guys!!

As always in cases of warnings like this, please take the time to read the snopes.com article as well.

It's important to balance risks. As I read the snopes article, nobody has died of this or even been permanently harmed. At the same time, one study showed that people who use hand sanitizers experienced a 59% drop in gastrointestinal illnesses which, if that trend holds true in the larger population, has more than likely saved many lives.

The lesson being - use hand sanitizers, but treat them as you would any item that a curious kid might decide to eat.

Oh yes - and if the kid really had an 85% blood alcohol level, she'd be dead.

I love it. Before the first pirates movie came out, they were selling costumes in the pirates gift shop that looked like the original outfit worn by CM's. I kick myself for not buying them for the kids then.
