Yes the Med was wonderful. Hence we have decided last minute to join this one. Any recommendations for private transfer company from Dover to Heathrow? We have a nightmare 2 year old so don't want to inflict him on others sharing a coach!

Thanks Disney Fantasy.
Hi everyone. We are DH, DW, DD (10) DS (8) DS (2). We did the Med last year and Alaska the year before.

Now I have read do not use Dover taxis aka Dover heritage taxis.

We have similar tastes we did the Alaska cruise the year before the return to the Med.

Thanks Disney Fantasy.

Welcome! We have a 11 year old boy and a 2 year old daughter. There are plenty of kids on the cruise.

A question for those who've been to St Petersburg before. In the terminal I can see from the website there are some basic services (post office, ATM, shop etc). Are these after the immigration booths or can you get off the ship and access these if you have some spare time and are not going on a tour (and hence can't get through immigration as you aren't at that point under the tour visa waiver scheme)?

Hey,
my name is Luca and I´m the daughter of zwerch.
I´m 15 years old and it´s so cool to be at the magic in July.

:welcome: Luca! :flower1:

New to the board and just booked to Sail on this cruise with the other half, foster child (11) and other halfs mum :) - so excited! Our longest cruise so far, before this was the 8 night NY-Bahamas with a stop at WDW.
6th Disney Cruise now.
Just itching to book my excursions!
Will be lovely to leave from our home country for a change and not have to have the hassle of flying beforehand!

:welcome: VS932! :)

Yikes! We have only just decided to do this cruise and have paid today! Have a lot of catching up to do. Have not read all posts yet so apologies if already asked and answered. Also will be keen to join FE and FB but need to do 9 more posts! Here goes...

:welcome: 3bubs! :teeth:

We're so glad you've joined us! I've added you all to the Roll Call. :thumbsup2

There is a large duty free shop our side ( ship side) in the terminal. You can go there anytime it's open I recall going there circa 10 pm one night.

Disney Fantasy, have you booked private tours with Anastasia for the other ports they offer or just for St Petersburg?

Any recommendations for car pickup companies from Heathrow to Central London?

Your options.

Black cab no need to pre book, marshalled and safe.
Heathrow express to Paddington then black cab. Or Tube.
Tube Piccadilly line all the way, cheap but long.

I have used Anastasia for St Petes only, I did enquiries about other ports with them but my confidence was not high so I didn't book with them on those.

Copenhagen public transport is good it's all close and private tours expensive.

Stockholm, again easy by public transport but you could use these,

I have booked with them.

Helsinki I have booked with a one man guide business so he is booked out, but there us a shuttle to the town, or should be.

Tallinn

I and many others have booked with.
