Yesterday was the last day of school--it seemed like it would never get here! But in spite of all the work I still have to do to be ready to leave this evening, I couldn't keep my eyes open past 10:30 last night. I was up at 5:00 this morning, though. DS and I still need haircuts, a trip to Target, the bank (gotta put all those $1s in little envelopes), and who knows what else. It's supposed to be about 100 degrees today, so my DS and Wendy's DS (who is riding down with us) will want to swim this afternoon, which means I'll have to rinse and dry bathing suits at the last minute. Oh well, it's vacation, isn't it?
Wendy and I have manicures and pedicures scheduled for the spa, too. I know it's expensive, but I wanted to indulge and I wasn't sure about a massage. DH will get his first and then I'll decide. Mokehill, if your nails turn out that bad, join us.

Hi All,
Well, I can hardly believe that in just a few short hours I will be on my very first cruise EVER!

The packing is about 60% done but as I have been doing it in fits and spurts, I really need to unpack everything, do an inventory and then repack just to make sure that I have all that we need and have jettisoned whatever we don't. (No, I am not stupidly excited... not me...)
I'm with you, Tisza. Every surface in my living room is piled high with stuff I need to pack. Instead of packing and unpacking though, which I am tempted to do, I plan to go through every item again and again and let it sit there, hoping that it will magically pack itself.
I am also planning to devote a couple of hours tonight to re-reading past posts in this thread and others to make sure that I have all the info regarding what to see, do, eat or miss.
My head has been swimming with too much info for the last week or so. I've finally, stubbornly decided to take the tips that I can remember, not worry about the ones I can't, and let the Magic happen. So if I act like I've never heard of something that has been a hot topic of conversation the past few weeks, just understand that I've reached capacity.

And if I miss something important, well, I'll just have to book another cruise, won't I?
Zebramom: I don't know if you can still get Disney transfers at the airport, but I called Super Shuttle a while back and they said you can just catch one of their vans at the terminal without a reservation. You'll need a res to be picked up at the port and be brought back to the airport, though. I don't remember the cost, but it was comparable to the Disney bus.
I guess I'd better get back to work or the

packing won't get done. See you all soon (most of you on Deck 2, it sounds like).
