It was HORRIBLE in Orlando for the longest time. Our grass, no matter how hard we tried, still died from the drought. Then along came the rains about two weeks too late. I've half a mind to pave over the entire yard with green painted concrete.

Yes, and I'll put Mickeys all over it just to stick it to the neighbors extra.

We only need one because the homeowner's association says we do... It's probably some archaic 1800's rule that was put into effect because they believed the painfully sharp St. Augustine grass kept barefoot burglers from trying to break into neighborhood houses.

My children announced to me this morning that I had to quit my job so I could stay home with them for the summer. I asked them what we would do for money and where we would live, and they pondered for a moment and said, "We'll live on a Disney cruise ship." I asked them how we would pay for the cruises, and they said, "Oh, you'll work, mommy. You'll just work on the cruise ship. Then you can visit us in the kids' clubs during the day."

Just a quick hello. Busy day, but a happy one. DD went for her 5 month sonogram today and all seems well. Plus, it's a GIRL!!! We are thrilled, but cautiously optimistic. Please keep her in your prayers for a healthy baby and a safe delivery. Last time she miscarried at 17 weeks so we are feeling so much better with today's news.

I guess I should start packing...........

I asked them what we would do for money and where we would live, and they pondered for a moment and said, "We'll live on a Disney cruise ship." I asked them how we would pay for the cruises, and they said, "Oh, you'll work, mommy. You'll just work on the cruise ship. Then you can visit us in the kids' clubs during the day."

This sounds reasonable to me.
