To be fair, I was supporting them in this argument. I will also work on the ship as... I don't know... food tester or something. And the kids can do some sort of kids club support, and we'll make it a family thing. I'm sure we can make it work...

I like their thinking! Remember that the ship does not fly under a US flag so the child labor laws don't apply. Could be a plan.

Got DD's phone fixed. Yippeee. And they were able to save all of her numbers. Thank God for that. She now knows to make a hard copy of that information. Picked up a few things to add to the grab bag.

Now it's back to my sewing machine and I get to teach tonight...........if anyone shows up. If I'm back online between 5 - 9 PM, you'll know everyone doesn't need me. (This class is run like a tutorial. Students only come in if they have a question.)

There's not a person in the world who can get my kids to do more than fifteen minutes of work in a day. Not one.

OK y'all are way to talkative early in the morning. I am not a morning person when my alarm goes off I say very unnice things to it and no one talks to me until I've had some caffeine.

Spent the day trying to prevent a child from escaping from the classroom. Some days I really wish we could lock our doors I get tired of chasing kids especially when it is hot and icky outside.

OK off to do school work only two more weeks to go then i am done!

Bwah! I thought the reason to become a teacher was to get summers off! Now I'm going to have to rethink my degree, and maybe shoot toward something like professional shopper or maybe take surveys for a living or something...

Yeah, but its $25.00 an hour to teach summer school, or TOP of your regular pay..... so 7 hours a day, times 26 days, times $25 an hour = 1 Disney Cruise

My DD16 learned to make a hard copy of her phone numbers when I grounded her from her cell phone for a month (8000 texts in one month...no wonder her grades were slipping! ) And I got what every mom of a DD16 should have....my own copy of DD16's hard copy of phone numbers!
