Do we need to bring quarters for the video games? My ds (6) was just drawing and writing in his journal about the "quarter masters" on the ship (I think that is what it is called.) I was just thinking I might need to pick up a roll of quarters for him.

Parents can give kids debit cards for $10, $15 or $20 values at Quarter Masters.

However, I called my daughter at home, and she said if you go with the kid's clubs and it is on their schedule, the kids don't have to pay for the video games, the kid's club takes care of it. Same is true she said for The Stack (teens), because she did it on The Wonder in April and they went down and didn't have to pay.

Okay, leaving office now for my lunch. I have a massage scheduled for today to get some of that pre-cruise tension worked out. And it's alot cheaper than on the ship in the spa! (Although there is nothing like a cabana massage on Castaway Cay!) That just puts me on

So, I was shopping today (don't tell my dh) and I found my dd (4) the cutest boutique pirate outfit. It was on sale but still more than I would generally spend on a 4 year olds outfit but she is only 4 once and this is a once in lifetime trip!!!! It was just too perfect to pass up. Well, I am off to the salon for a brow wax and highlights (sorry shaun, just had to bring it up again)

We will stop by and look at your door signs as we are just down the hall from you on deck 2.

Go to a free photo hosting website. I use photobucket.com. Just open a free account and then post your picture there. Then in the reply on the disboards, click on the picture with the mountains and then paste the "IMG" from the photobucket site and you will have it linked.

It took me a couple of tries a couple of years ago when I started. But it is pretty darn easy to do! Can't wait to see your door sign!

Hi Deb - we are also at the Hilton on the 16th and 17th. I'm a single mom traveling with my daughter who is 11. If you see a 50-something woman (perhaps with a cane - I broke my ankle earlier this year) and a daughter who is Asian (adopted from China in 1996), that is probably us!

Welcome! There is an all natural product called "No Jet Lag" You can get it at "Wild Oats" or probably other whole foods type stores. Some people have found it at travel stores. They are little pills that you chew every couple of hours. I have heard people swear by them.

Finally another one from the west coast. I thought I would be the only one with the long trip.

When are you flying? My daughter is 11 and one of my niece's is 5.

We are flying Tuesday to Philadelphia out of Las Vegas then on to Barcelona.

This board is great!! I had a lot of great hints for a wonderful trip.

We are flying from Phoenix to London and then to Barcelona. My Mom lives in Henderson during the winter months, so I am familiar with Las Vegas. Hope to see you on the ship...
