**JULY 11, 2010*** Double Dip Wonder!

Hello, congratulations to the bride and groom. My son and I are going on this cruise also. It's a graduation gift and a way to relax after this year.

Welcome aboard!

Wish we were; I'm just following along cuz I know what a great group you all are! :goodvibes

We'll be on the Alaska cruise with Stacey's family. Going to WDW a couple weeks after that. Then there's no money left!!!

Wish you were coming with us Laura. I know you'll have a great time on the Alaska cruise. Can't wait to hear all about it as we're doing one next year. Sure you don't want to drive down and join us at Grills? :)

well I will be doing hay for the next 7 - 10 days so not going to be around much.

need to earn that snorkling money.

have a good day all

gaRRy

Don't push yourself too hard!

 Would love to do that!! :thumbsup2 If our WDW trip was a little closer to your sail-away date, that would be a definite possibility! :scratchin

Good Morning, strange question~ "Did anyone else receive a credit of 1 cent, yes that is right a penny, from DCL?" a check of our card shows a 1 cent credit from DCL.

Welcome Macaroni!! This will be my first cruise and I can't tell you how lucky I feel to be such a great group of people!! I am just as excited to meet them as I am to sail (well, almost!).

I can't believe all this planning is starting to come together. We are putting together our FE gifts slowly. I think everyone will get a kick out of them!

This is a silly questions but do people still post on this thread after the cruise?

My son has chosen a scuba diviing excursion in Nassau and a couple of work out spa experiences. I've chosen to just get a float for Castaway Cay. I'm going to relax this cruise. Have you planned any excursions?

Did somebody say Scuba - you have other divers on this cruise but we passed on diving Nassua but I will be snokeling at Castaway Cay. I am so tempted to book a spa experience but as of yet have not....

Goood mornin

hows the new baby doing ????????????????????

SPOILED YET ????????????????

My baby? Spoiled? We recently took in another stray kitty - I posted her picture on another thread which answers the question of whether we stay in touch or not......Garry, she is a sweetie and is so absloutley spoiled. All Sam's fault of course.

Boy, I am more organized than I thought - just pulled out my planning chart and it was all filed out - hotel, resevations, excursions, numbers, dates

for

the

cruise....:rotfl:

Did not think I was that far along.

Have a great evening all.

So, onto Cruise Planning - a few questions.

Do we have any idea yet about the shows and/or entertainment?
Other than Welcome Aboard on Day 1 and Till we met Again on Day 5?
Hum?

And what is everyone planning on for Palo's dinner? Other than Virgil, I am assuming we are leaving the Tux at home - yes? So, I expect it is a coat and tie for the men and dressy dresses for the ladies? Since I am not hauling dive gear this trip I have lots of room in the suitcases.

My son is going scuba diving in Nassau, some exercising in the spa and I have reserved a float for Castaway Cay. I'm not doing excursions in Nassau. I just need to relax and do lots of people watching. I can't wait to get to the beach.

Hi. Our first cruise was a Disney 4 day one. My son was only 7 years old. Disney sure does know how to help everyone have a great time. The first time we cruised on Disney my son asked a question about Walt Disney. The woman he asked couldn't answer him so she got the answer and sent a note to our room. Disney is my favorite cruise line. This group does sound like fun. I'm not sure if people continue to write because this is the first time I've every joined a blog like this. Can't wait to go!!

No tux for me. It will be hard enough for me to wear shoes.

We are going parasailing in Castaway Cay for my daughter's birthday and will probably go to Cabbage Beach in Nassau for the day. Other than that, just plan on relaxing and having fun and enjoying spending time together as a family. Looking forward to Palo too!!

It wasn't so bad when you wore flip flops the last time....at least you shaved your toes.

Thanks to my last couple of ultra runs, I now also have a couple of black toe nails. I could paint them all black and just go with formal toes. :scared1:

Some of us do and it is true that you need to be very careful about who you meet on the boards.....These are the people your accountant warned you about - or affectionately the cruise that keeps on giving as we expand our geographic and dimensional horizons with trips and new experiences such as cavern diving!!!!!

Not a silly question at all. Many groups keep talking after their cruises. Members of this group first sailed together back in 2004! Our blabbermouth thread from 2006 is still going strong! I still post on a thread from a 2009 cruise as well. Some stick around and post while others move on to other threads or just stop posting.

I'm not as organized this time as I have been in the past and need to work on that. We do have our hotels booked for the trip down and back and since we are taking the same route as before no need for new print outs for the map book. Hmmmm maybe I am more organized than I thought. :rotfl:

I most likely will wear the same dress to Palo dinner that I'm wearing to the wedding. Is that bad? :lmao: Mark will be in slacks, shirt and tie, no jacket.

Just a little white nail polish and you could do white mickey heads on your black toes. I bet Lisa would help you. :)
