Juliana Acosta?

I just found out that she will be our new planner, anyone know of her? Opinions?

She is my new planner as well. I have had limited contact with her but she seems nice. I am not having a huge wedding...an intimate with just me, DFi and DS8 attending...

I have Juliana! She is Wonderful! She's really good about trying to get all of your questions answered. And she comes up with some really good ideas! I have her email, but you might want her to give it to you. Don't worry, I've been talking with her for 3 months now and I have no complaints! If you need her to get back with you on something, just leave a voice mail for her! I'm happy to see other's that have her, I think she's great!

I had Juliana for my wedding September 25. She did a nice job. She was on vacation the week of my wedding, so she was not present at my event, but she translated everything to the replacements (Karen and Matthew) who were fabulous.
I had some special requests that she helped with- she even offered extra ideas along the way.
My only complaint about Juliana was that I sometimes had to email or leave voicemail twice before getting an answer. I think that is the nervous bride talking though, we all have to remember that we are not the only brides they are working with and that they do so many weddings each day.

Juliana has been great so far. She is doing my wedding in December. I have to agree that she is slow to respond to emails and such, but I know that ours is not the only wedding that she is working on. No major complaints so far.
