In case anyone was wondering, I did intend on posting a color change update earlier, but no sooner did I start typing that I got that annoying error message (which I only experience on this site). And then I had to get ready for work. I'm now home after a rather long and tiring evening shift (I'm a nurse) and have no strength to do it now, especially since I have a shift tomorrow morning and should go to bed.
But I will get to it tomorrow.

From one nurse to another I fully understand as does everyone on this thread I imagine that life happens and updates are not as important as life LOL

I thought I would update everyone on this thread, my father passed away peacefully Tuesday morning at 4:15, he is at peace now and I am very glad he is no longer suffering, its been a very long 3 years since he took a serious fall due to Parkinson disease and sustained 2 different types of bleeds in his brain, he wasn't expected to live long enough for us to go to Florida to see him and I am happy to say we have had 3 more years with him that we wouldn't have had so I feel blessed in that respect. Yesterday was a long day for my brothers and I but I know each day will get better, we opted to not have any visitation or services which was his request, he will be cremated and eventually he will be taken back to Florida which he considered home. I guess in a way I was happy to honor his wishes since it was a little easier on his elderly sister, my mother (his exwife) and the adult grandkids. I had my chance to say good bye in the days since he became very ill on July 4th so I didn't feel the need for any further closure by enduring visitation hours or a funeral.

So I was able to get in some active minutes today on my dreaded exercise bike, its simply TOO hot at any time of the day here to think about walking to get in my minutes, I did skip riding yesterday because I was so tired after having had 3 hours sleep in 24 hours that I was afraid I would fall asleep while riding and fall off of the bike

@scdak - I'm so sorry for your loss, but I'm glad to hear that he's no longer suffering and that you got a chance to say goodbye before he passed. Sending you lots of hugs during this difficult time.

I'm really impressed that I managed to get in 30 minutes of exercise first thing in the morning (the rest came later in the day), especially considering the fact that I was woken up by the house alarm going off at 1:45 this morning (thankfully nothing bad was happening, just a problem with the system). I really hate when things that are out of my control wake me up.

Woke up today with my feet still sore from yesterday. Today was another tiring shift, finished an hour after the scheduled shift change.
Came home and crashed for 2 hours. And my feet were in no mood for any exercising which now puts me at 3 days behind schedule. Gonna try to make it up in the coming week. Can't believe we're halfway into July. Month has gone by in a blur.

@scdak, my sincere condolences.

I have 80 minutes since last update. We moved from Paris to London yesterday. We did a last walk along the Seine yesterday morning, and I walked in central London this morning. We're here for a convention that starts tomorrow so I probably won't get too much more time until we're home next week.
