What are you doing third? This exact scenario may differ from day to day but the combined waits for doing each attraction first or second will likely equal about the same. Once Frozen opens and the new film is running at Soarin it will alleviate some of the standby crowds at Joy/Sadness and Test Track. Ideally you would want to do Epcot at two Rope Drops to decrease wait times. One day start with Joy/Sadness and the other start with Test Track. One day FP+ Soarin and the other FP+ the new Frozen ride.
The other option(s) is to prepare for longer waits or accept you won't see it all on this trip.
I have 2 days. Aug 31 and Sept 7, both Wednesday, both should be low crowd days
Day 1 -
1. stand by by Soarin (we have breakfast at Garden Grill, which I'm not sure whether or not to keep. We don't need to meet all of the characters)
2. stand by test track
planning for Frozen FP later in afternoon
This is the day I need help with -- Sept 7
Day 2 (no Frozen)
1. stand by test track
2. joy & sadness
3. FP soarin
my daughter is hoping to get in Anna & Elsa line before closing and just wait it out.
*** I guess I'll go with that because I have to keep my boys happy too -- then can stay at TT while we go to joy & sadness
But it looks like I should make sure the boys are prepared to occupy themselves for at least 40 minutes
