It's not stealing, they just covered the songs and everyone knows covered versions are nearly always worse... the changed some lyrics here and there as well...

oh dear. Jonas Brothers are good friends with Busted. Busted helped them with their cover of "Year 3000" and "That's What I Go To School For" It's not that big of a deal people do covers of other people's songs all the time.
