And now I'm crying, too. Way to go, Jonah! Those first steps mean so much...he's on his way...who knows what the future will hold?
Mark never had a gait trainer, but oh how I remember those first steps in his walker! He was a little younger than Jonah, but he's been working so hard for so long. The joy in his face at these first steps towards independent mobility was so special.
We're back rom our trip, but frantically busy. We had a wonderful time,and we hope you do too. Being embraced by the support of everyone at GKTW is wonderful therapy - for kids yes, but for parents too. Bask in it, soak it up and let it help sustain you as you, your DH and Jonah move froward.
