I am so happy you like them. It took me a while to find matching colors that had short sleeves. Utah stores mostly have only long sleeved t-shirts these days. I had hoped for red because you had said that Jonah liked red but navy blue was what I could find. Please have a wonderful trip and enjoy every minute. I have really had a busy and in some cases difficult fall. Seems like after our wish trip, my life kind of fell into a frenzy! I am really intending to work on finishing our trip report and hopefully it will be soon. Right now I am getting ready for Thanksgiving for about 30 people at my house so that is adding a little to my stress. I am really excited for all the upcoming trips and though I don't post often, I do keep reading when I get the chance!

The school PT brought up the gait trainer today and it fit him perfectly. He also took his first steps too. We have been bouncing off the wall today. We have video but have to get a friend to put it on cd for us so we can share it with everyone. They have set a big time goal for him. That if we work with him at home everyday and they work with him everyday that he is going to have mastered the gait trainer by spring. What a wonderful Thanksgiving he has already given us and before his 5th birthday too. we have to have lots of bananas for this day. I think we're going to be on for a long time

And now I'm crying, too. Way to go, Jonah! Those first steps mean so much...he's on his way...who knows what the future will hold?

Mark never had a gait trainer, but oh how I remember those first steps in his walker! He was a little younger than Jonah, but he's been working so hard for so long. The joy in his face at these first steps towards independent mobility was so special.

We're back rom our trip, but frantically busy. We had a wonderful time,and we hope you do too. Being embraced by the support of everyone at GKTW is wonderful therapy - for kids yes, but for parents too. Bask in it, soak it up and let it help sustain you as you, your DH and Jonah move froward.

And a shout out to Denise if she's reading...we're ba-ack! I hear you about finding time for trip reports! It was awesome and magical and...

Becca, I hope you, your DH and Jonah have a magical time. Can't wait to hear all about it!

We are leaving tomorrow .
Jonah took 3 more steps at school
after the clothes get out of the dryer i'll have our clothes packed .
We are going bananas here. Jonah had his little birthday party at school today. We had cupcakes and stickers. I can't believe that we're going be in orlando tomorrow afternoon

We are packed and ready to go for tomorrow between loads of laundry and working with Jonah and his walking we are done and just have to get him ready for bed. We're so excited that it's here. I did the online check in and all we have to do tomorrow is check the baggage and go through security. I can't wait get down there a make some long lasting memories. We are going to take him out of his chair and see if he'll take a few steps for the characters while we're there. I can't wait to get this all on tape. DH took the tape of jonah's first steps over to have it put on a cd so we can share with everyone.

Teresa, Thank you for the bowling shirt, I didn't get a picture because DH has the camera but it does fit and looks good on him and i can't wait to for him to wear it at disney. We are going to be on the search for buzz now.

We are back and of course a great time. We didn't stick to the plan I had made but we still had a great time. I'll fill y'all in later I promise, but i'll leave y'all with this. Jonah met mickey and minnie 3 times and even had them directing everyone singing happy birthday to him at GKTW. That's all i'm saying

I'm hoping to get started on monday when jonah goes back to school, but kristian and I are getting over a stomach bug that he had gotten on tuesday and i got it wednesday night. I still need to write down everything too. So please bare with me. I'll get started as soon as I'm thinking straight again. I had to go to the ER wednesday night because i was getting dehydrated and what they gave knocked me out. I slept all day yesterday and I'm finally able to eat something again. I promise i will start soon though.
