We live on the coast now but i grew up near auburn on the AL/GA border, Phenix City. Jonah has become a popular name lately. I'm hearing it more and more

I am so happy Jonah is better- I hope you get better soon! Have you ever tried a sinus rinse? It is wonderful for colds/allergies. When I worked for a rehab company we had an ENT come and talk to us and he said a sinus rinse is the singlemost effective treatment for allergies, colds and the best prevention for a number of things. Last weekend, I was coming down with something- my nose was running constantly and I was sneezing, etc. I hadn't used my sinus rinse in a while. I started using it 2x a day and in 2 days was completely fine. Now I am using it preventively. It is a little difficult for some to get used to at first ( I have a hard time getting my boys to do it) but once you are used to it, you will absolutely love it.

Do you use the pot? I was looking into it, but I'm so sensitive about stuff in the back of my throat, I was afraid I'd do it wrong and end up with it in my windpipe

We are officially in the SINGLE DIGITS now. Jonah got a birthday card from his wish volunteer yesterday at it also said see you soon, so hopefully we'll hear from her soon.

I love both the autograph and scrapbook too. I've already enjoyed wearing my bracelet. I'm working with Jonah on handing the pen to the characters and he's getting the hang of it a little bit. He'll do it once or twice and then get bored with it. I'm feeling a little bit better and Jonah is on the tail end of his thank goodness. It is really starting to feel real now that we are in the single digits. I'm going to be bouncing off the wall this time next week.

I heard from our volunteer and we are going to try and have Jonah's party Saturday afternoon. She wanted to do it on Thursday but Kristian won't be back till Friday night. I'm so excited.

Ok...now I REALLY can't believe that I am commenting on nasal rinse stuff on this Pre-Trippie...but this can be very important for someone.

This is the single most important thing to me that has helped me stay sinus infection free!! I use the NeilMed Sinus Rinse system. It is cheap (less than the copay for the antibiotics!!) and is easy to use. It is very strange using the first time...but it works! I can really tell the difference when I run out of those little salt packets.

I used to get horrible sinus infections...and I have asthma, so a little sinus infection can be a problem.

Anyway...all I have to say about this is...well...someone else brought it up!!
