Kate is not working Jon shut the show down.

Kate has made at least 3 personal appearances in recent months -- somewhere in Texas, Cleveland, and Charlotte. I wonder if she was she paid to co-host The View?

I thought that was interesting that everything was filed at the same time. It could have been in response to Jon shutting the show down. That was her job.

the show is one of her jobs. not the only one.

I thought about that, but then I realized all the jon-haters and kate-haters would show up here, because it's public. And then I realized what it would look like, me sending a tweet with my name on it to Jon Gosselin

I am glad he shut the show down BUT he needs to STEP AWAY FROM THE MEDIA and he is having trouble doing that...whether or not it is TLC, or ET or LKL or NG...he just needs to QUIT IT ALTOGETHER. PERIOD.

TMZ has learned Jon Gosselin's lawyer may be aced out of the Jon and Kate case because the person who vouched for him in Pennsylvania has withdrawn his support.

We've learned Pennsylvania lawyer Michael Marino sponsored Mark Heller -- Jon's lawyer -- to practice one time only in Pennsylvania court. Heller is licensed to practice in New York, though he had been suspended for 5 years for a variety of misdeeds.

Under Penn an out of state lawyer seeking to practice in a Pennsylvania court must obtain a sponsor who is licensed to practice in the state. Marino signed up as his sponsor, but yesterday, he wrote the court a letter in which he said, "My motion ... is hereby withdrawn."

It's interesting Marino sent the letter after revelations of Heller's legal misdeeds in NY.

I gotta go call my brother -- his firm can do work in PA, and they really want to put some plumbing in at their cottage.

Very true Madge, but Jon has totally jumped off the media cliff. He was on LKL last Thursday, then on ET and The Insider both for 3 or 4 days, then just ET and ET again tonight reading another email from Kate and talking to some of his "P" people buds explaning his custody for this weekend. The man absolutely cannot shut up. And on ET tonight they said "Jon will be back with us Monday to tell us how his weekend went with the kids."

I just absolutely don't get him. He reads out loud the email from Kate that says Cara would be thrilled if he came to her soccer game Saturday morning...so HELLO, who wants to bet the papparazzi are now going to be at the soccer game too. Why would you tell them that "Mr. I Don't Want My Kids on TV?"

- Hailey keeps track of his custody schedule for him

- He doesn't have custody Halloween or New Years. Thanksgiving & Christmas he'll stop by to see them

- If Hailey wanted kids, he'd have more

- Jon says "I'm now half Jewish and half Korean"

I don't know whether to cry or throw up. I'm starting to wish he was still chasing 22 y.o's and obeying the gag order. At least that way he wasn't hurting the kids directly.

IMO, if he had just done LKL and then walked off into the sunset, people might have changed their perspective somewhat. He blew it.
