Talk about money hungry -- and stupid! IMO, all of the people who really know anything about hacking are :rotfl2::rotfl2::rotfl2: right now. If Jon could hack into a bank's database, he wouldn't be doing Vegas for $15,000 for a weekend's work.

The email one -- I think that's doable.

On Nancy Grace a few days ago, she asked one of her experts about whether Jon could do this. They said that based on Jon's IT background, it would be easy for him to look up what Kate did on the household computer, extract deleted stuff, etc. All he needed was to find login information, not hack through a bank's security system. However, I don't know if its true since Kate might have her own computer or laptop that she locks up or travels with.

By the time this divorce is final these two idiots are not going to have any money left. The lawyers fees alone will probably end up costing them their house, their savings, their cars, the kids savings. They remind me of people who win a big lottery and two years later are totally broke because they don't know how to handle money.

Not sure what Jon is going to do now that Heller can't represent him. But Kate has 3 law firms working for her -- the litigation attorney in CA, Cheryl Young's (who appears to be handling the financial stuff) and Mark Momjian's (who appears to be handling the custody issues and all of the public speaking). Why she would want separate law firms working on different parts of the divorce, I don't know -- IMO, it doesn't make much sense since all of these things are related.

How slimey if he stooped that low.

I'm not computer techie at all so maybe this is a stupid question:
How would WiFi play into this? If she was in her room banking...couldn't he, from another location in the house tap in to what she was doing pretty easily?

Wow!!! Can you imagine the legal fees?? Maybe Dr. Glassman will hook him up with someone. I'm sure Heller has friends that could step in if necessary. Heck, Heller might beable to retire after the money he makes off of this case.

Jon didn't even finish college. I do know people who work in these fields (one was able to hack into the university database and temporarily change all of his grades from A's to F's -- he now designs computer games) and 2 of them have their PhD in computer science. Another finished his degree and works as a manager in IT security. Some of the things you mentioned most people can do if they know where to look, but I don't think Kate would allow the computer to save her login info if she knew that Jon was going to be alone with her computer at some time -- maybe I'm giving her too much credit there.

If she had things set up properly, he'd essentially have to hack into the bank's system, since it would be just as hard to find her login info as it would be to find that of somebody who had logged in on a public computer.

Having said all that, Kate isn't accusing Jon of hacking into her account, as Stephanie Santoro seems to say. She's accusing him of making the withdrawals which showed up on the statement.

ETA: all of this is probably irrelevant. If Kate was telling the truth in the Today Show interview, she doesn't do online banking anyway. She said she called the bank to find out the balance of the account, and that she had a stack of bills in her purse that she couldn't put in the mail ie. she pays by cheque, not online.

Seems he's too busy w/ all the Chanukah celebrations & New Years in Veags.

Father of the year :sad2:

He had to be under the influence of something when he did this interview....this stuff is waaay out there.

Waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay out there doesn't even cover it. The whole interview is bizarre.

He's half Jewish now because he likes the food?

He's going ornament shopping with Hailey on Christmas after he stops by to the see the kids for a couple hours? (he just said yesterday that they both signed off on joint shared custody for birthdays and holidays, did this somehow change overnight?)

He's hosting a show with Eva Longoria? Does Eva know this? :rotfl:

He knows where the parents of the papparazzi that follow him live???? What does that even mean?

He's says he's still making money building websites, for who?! But the children's foundation he said he started doesn't have a website?

He's started writing a book to teach father's a lesson?!?! :faint:

If it was set up to do that, yes. But Jon and Kate haven't been in the house together since the divorce announcement.

This is the weirdest thing ever -- is this a joke? Did somebody make this stuff up?

That article is too odd, it sounds like someone made it up. It is too out there even for him .

You're right, it's probably irrelevant since the source is Stephanie. But I still don't think it'll be that hard. If they only had a household computer, installing a key logger software would have done the trick. BTW, I know lots of people who don't have a college degree that can do stuff like this so I don't agree that Jon couldn't do this because he didn't graduate. Anyways, this is irrelevant, I thought this came from a reliable source since it was on Nancy Grace, didn't know it was Stephanie and Kate never mentioned it.

OMG no wonder TLC/Kate never let him talk on the show they were doing him a huge favor:rotfl:

Now the holiday custody has changed. Do you think Kate is now blackmailing him:cool2: Maybe he just found his get out of jail card. "Kate does not want me there,I'll be the bigger person & leave"

That article is too odd, it sounds like someone made it up. It is too out there even for him .

I thought it was a joke too, but then they had the editor's notes in there where they tried to confirm what he was saying. like when he said they did 152 episodes and TLC said it was 112. And the no response back from Ed Hardy.

i love how he contsantly bashes Kate and then says he is not bashing her and waaah waaahhh wahh she and TLC bash me. boo freakin' hoo.

If it was set up to do that, yes. But Jon and Kate haven't been in the house together since the divorce announcement.

They did do the 4th of July & I thought Memorial Day.

What was the paper Jon was showing the Insider? That proves he did not take more than 22,000 ish.

PD: How are the paparazzi dealing with you these days?
JG: Hailey and I just hung out in her parents' house for awhile because of the paparazzi. But I know that if you didn't have paparazzi, there would be no magazines, no advertising, no marketing, no nothing. If you run away from them, you're totally toast. So let them take your picture and that's it. After they get the picture then they go away. We're just like, who cares, do what you gotta do and make money for your family. I know a lot of them. I know where their parents live.

I thought this was weird. He keeps saying he doesn't want to be on magazines, in the limelight, and won't be doing reality shows anymore but doesn't want the paps to go away? Riight. :rolleyes1

PD: Smart move.
JG: Every talk show wants us. I am the most photographed person the planet. Kate is the fifth most popular person in the world this year, and I'm the second most popular. Michael Jackson is the first. I'm like, 'Wake up, Kate.

PD: What do you mean?
JG: She goes on Regis and The View and has no idea of women's rights. She doesn't even vote, which is disgusting. How could she go on a talk show if she doesn't know what's going on in the world? She's fed lines from TLC. I'm not bashing her -- it's wake up and get on board, take this out of the court and let's settle it.

So he wants Kate to go on more talk shows? And what does women's rights and voting have to do with Regis or the View? Most of the time, guests for these shows is there to talk about their show, their projects, etc.

You know I rarely follow this kind of stuff. I'm a news junkie, one of my top 5 favorite show is Anderson Cooper's 360 (I love Anderson ) I don't read People or any of the tabloid magazines, I only occasionally watch ET or Access Hollywood, ect...I didn't know who Speidi was forever and I still don't understand who Lauren Conrad is. But somehow this has just sucked me in, maybe because I really used to enjoy the show. And you know the last time I can remember really watching something like this? .... Britney Spears!!! I could not stop watching her drama either. Everyday it was something else, something more shocking, more disturbing, ... more sad. It's different, but that drama reminds me of this. It's non-stop, almost everyday I think nothing else could surprise me and yet, every day something surprises me. Although Britney does seem to be doing well now. I hope Jon and Kate don't have to hit rock bottom quite as hard.

Apparently late to the party, but I just read the ParentDish interview. Initial thought? "Was he HIGH???"

I've been thinking drugs for a long time but now I think it is more. It is almost like a manic episode. It could be a combo of both.

In case you were wondering how Jon Gosselin feels about all of us, (from the Parentdish interview):

"People who write things on blogs are just couch potatoes who have nothing else to do. They put people down because of their psychosis."

:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

I always laugh when I hear something like this because it seems like it's always the ones that you know couldn't stand if people weren't talking about them that say it.
