Also, back to your comment about whether Jon should have been arrested -- tried to quote it but it was within a quote. That is also the same here ie. based on common law, but ours is less codified and more based in precedent. So once Kate filed it became a matter between Jon and the court ie. whether he broke the rules that he had agreed to. But he would only be held in contempt if he broke a direct order from the judge or arbitrator. She could have chosen not to bring it to the attention of the court, but once she did it was out of her hands.
