He did not know about the picture but he knew who was in the picture. He was not upset about it. The picture looks like Colin had just hit Joel & Leah I think.

Ok thanks. I don't think the grabbing is a big deal, all things considered. He had said before he didn't know Kate wasn't home. (Jon, all of America knew Kate was in NY on Sunday! LOL)

I'm sorry, I tried to be mature but I can't let this go. Jon likes to give all the nannies rides around the yard!

This is what I thought originally too. My sister is absolutely clueless about Facebook and I could see her doing something like this. Except...the friend has other things private like her profile. The only thing that seems open is her wall and albums where you can see all the pictures ... all the pictures that scream "here I am with the Gosselins!"

That profile screams.... "Someone discover me & put me on TV!"

Plus, I think some of her family photo albums are private -- I could be wrong about this though -- because there are pictures tagged of her (which you can see) from albums that don't show up in her profile.

I didn't find the pictures of her with Jon from the summer -- could somebody direct me to the right place?

I can't recall if they were waaay down on her wall...or if they were off to the right where it says "View My Photos (150)" right under her picture.

The pictures I'm thinking were taken with her camera phone. They are sort of creepy, especially with one of them sleeping on her lap, and it seems like she was chasing them down and they were hiding and she was taking their pictures. The last 10 were scary in a really wierd way.

So its okay for Kate to give some um tearful interviews on the Early Show, Regis & Kelly, The View and Larry King, but if Jon gives an interview he's mentally ill?? Kate contradicts herself several times by saying she has no money but she's getting a new ring to I took some money too, but I put it back and I might of spent some on my $70,000 SUV but I can't remember, but Jon isn't entitled to any money??

I said if Jon is found guilty today in court after doing all the interviews & saying he did not take $230,000 he must be a mentally ill. You need to go back & read your not keeping up


Kate is ticked because Jon let the cat out of the bag. TLC was paying for a lot of their expenses and with the show suspended, no pay!! I find it hard to believe that a trained nurse would want to work at McDonald's to feed her kids--maybe she meant to say she wanted to buy McDonald's as an investment for her kids!!

I don't think Jon makes the best decisions, but I can do no wrong Kate is just to blame. They both are guilty of spending money foolishly. Is Kate still being protected by Steve?? Who is paying his salary if TLC isn't?? She is a reality tv person, A list stars travel around without a bodyguard. Those kids could defend themselves--hasn't anyone seen them beat each other up??


If what Jon did was so bad, why haven't they arrested him????

He goes to court today he may end up in jail or not. At this point it is a civil matter but PA is a Commonwealth State so even if Kate dropped all the charges the judge can have him arrested if it is found to be true.

Bad Jon cut the ties with TLC and Kate plus 8 couldn't visit NY. Why should Kate have to pay for hotel, food and transportation like the rest of us?? She is a "movie star" at least she thinks she is one! Give me a break, this women has been scamming the system for 5 yrs now--enough is enough!!!

Yeah, I was hoping it was last night's show too when I found it ie. the one I missed, but it's Monday's show. Hoping they'll get the others up too, as well as the ET interview I missed.

I have to wonder why somebody would choose the name "Hate4Kate" . But then they also have episodes from the show too.

I hesitate to post the link, but if you go to her wall and keep clicking on the "older posts" link at the bottom you will come to more pictures, including the piggy back one with Jon and the Easter trip pictures.

And, I admit, what I am about to say is sooooooooooooooooo cynical. But I couldn't help wondering if maybe she just opened up her wall after the Radar Online picture of her that called her the nanny. Maybe she didn't like people thinking she was just hired help.

I'm hoping that MistyDoodles (our banking expert) comes back now that we have the link to Kate's claim. I have a lot of questions about those transactions that were listed in the email from the bank, but your banking system is quite different from ours.

Specifically, if, as Heller says, Jon has no online access, would he have been able to make all of those transactions (like the wire transfer)?

You do not need online access to do a wire transfer. It is done Bank to Bank. A fee is charged on both ends. The email mentions all the fees. It can take a few hours or days for the money to transfer depending on the amount. This can be done by the account holder or someone they have trusted which is why I wonder if Jon gave anyone Power of Attorney.

It can also be done from a place like Western Union.

Thank you. She looks different in the picture of her and Jon compared to the recent one of her scolding Collin, IMO. Maybe if Jon hasn't seen her in awhile he didn't recognize her. It is definitely her though.

I don't know if anyone has posted this yet, but the Wednesday hearing re: Jon & Kate has been canceled. The judge's wife died of cancer this morning. That is so sad. That poor judge.

It bothers me that Jon is OK with taking money out of the kids' trust fund if they need money because he pulled the plug on their show. He should have had something else in the works to avoid that! He did say 80% of their money is in that trust so that's good, seems like everyone is getting 10%.

Thanks for posting this. I had seen Monday's Insider first, and although I didn't mind NG tearing into him at the time (he agreed to be on the show, didn't he) I now realize that Friday's show disclosed a lot more because she does take up a lot of airtime for herself.

As for using the money that is in the trust for the kids, he said that 80 percent of all of their money was in that trust -- that's a bit much, even considering that they made the money from the show because the kids were on it. And IMO if they have to not work so much right now to get their kids through this horrible chapter, or only work part time until they're all in school full-time, I'd be ok with that. And if Jon had to pay for his own counseling bill, that means that they'd have to pay for their kids to go to. JMHO, but some things are more important than money.

But just to be clear, I'd only be ok with them using this money if they cut back on everything else including staff and traveling, liquidated excess assets (like the old house). They could certainly cut their costs a lot.

The nanny that was screaming at the kids the other day -- apparently on last night's show as Kate's best friend, we've been looking at pictures of the Gosselins and posts about them on her wall for the last couple of hours.

Interesting about your dad though -- never knew antidepressants could cause that type of side-effect. Did they find another medication that worked for him?

Having said that, I used to work in a mental hospital, and after that worked for many years with homeless people (most of whom were mentally ill or addicts) so I really hate to throw diagnoses like that around about a person that we don't even know. But I can imagine there are people out there who would be absolutely gleeful if it was found out that Jon was mentally ill and had his children taken away from him forever. The current public spectacle has brought out a lot of haters on both sides, but this week Jon is the target of this venom -- I can hardly believe some of the comments I have seen about him throughout the internet.

I hope nobody would be gleeful. Kate and Jon are handling the divorce badly but I think they love their kids and are good parents. They might not make the same parenting decisions as others (like doing a reality show) but I think they believe they are doing what's best. They both might be distracted by the divorce but hopefully when that's done, they can focus on being parents again.

I have no idea how the family court system works in PA, but where I live if it is an urgent or serious matter another judge would sit in on the hearing for the day. They might choose to do nothing, but they would at least be able to tell Kate whether she has substantiated the claims in her filing. If Kate lived here, a one week delay would mean the judge wasn't buying the arguments (either that Jon took that much money OR that his taking the money left her with nothing)

I also think the McDonald's comment was ridiculous -- I'm betting that they pay each of their staff -- nannies, body guards, her personal assistant -- more than people make at McDonalds.

We just had to cancel our camping trip for this weekend (a much anticipated canoe trip into the backwoods of Nova Scotia) due to weather and it's unlikely now we'll get to go til next year. My DD is 9, but there was no wailing here -- we told her we'd make other plans and try to have just as much fun. If she'd been 5, I'd have told her we'd do something even better than the camping trip.

Where do you come up with the extra judge on such short notice? Do they have spare judges that are sitting around with nothing to do & waiting to be called in?

The fact that they were going to hear this case this quick means they must think it is urgent. I was shocked it was going in front of a judge so soon.

It works both ways. If you post I get to comment on it. You say off the wall things & twist the truth. I'm calling you on it. I think you enjoy seeing this family suffer.

Yes we do know that he saw her before that day. She has pictures of herself and Jon together on her FB page. There are pictures of her children and the Gosselin kids hunting for Easter eggs together at the Gosselin house. I am not going by her just saying they are good friends, I'm going by the pictures of her, her family and the Gosselins on her FB page. She lives in Michigan (according to her FB page) so I doubt she is commuting as a nanny. I do believe they are friends, lots of photographic evidence.
