Those court documents should have been sealed. Anyhow, did you all notice that on one of the last pages there was an email from the bank showing Kate the withdrawals? At the bottom of the email this bank lady said that she took care of Kate's other transfers to her other accounts. Wonder what that means...

They might be better off doing what they did. They wait 2 years until the market turns around instead of paying all of it out of pocket. This way they are only making a payment every month.

I guess I could see that if their marriage was in good shape and they had steady income. But to do this in the middle of a divorce and not know if you are going to be renewed from season to season (when it is your only job) seems very risky to me.

Yes, I did see that (surprised they didn't blackout the bank and Kate's e-mail address). I wonder if Kate considers that "her money"? Jon said they had 11 accounts...

I don't think they were thinking divorce at this point. It might have been falling apart but you think it can be fixed for a long time before you give up for good.

Someone posted Jon was dead bolted out of the bedroom so it sounds like they were still sharing a room. I could not find that on the NG clip.

Then again they are both crazy so who knows

I guess this proves Jon did do it & he is a liar. He is on TV saying he only took $175,000 over the last year

I thought Jon says Kate said it was over but I think she meant the romantic part of the marriage. Not the marriage.

Kate says she does not remember when Jon MOVED OUT. I was not sure that meant to the apartment or off property.

I also think it is possible Kate in anger said Jon It over then they got back then they fought & it was over again. Not healthy but it is reality for many couples. They are both very emotional people...not critical thinkers.

Last night I was watching (very briefly) a re-run of a J&K epi. Kate was cleaning the basement of the old house. The kiddos were coloring on a giant roll of paper Kate had found...anyway every time they showed J&K on the chair talking...Kate did all the talking (as usual) and Jon sat there, smiling, grinning and listening (as usual) as Kate spoke of the day's activities/events. Jon was his usual passive self.

FF to NOW...watching LKL last week, watching Jon w/Mary Hart on Entertainment Tonight and watching Jon w/Nancy Grace...my word Jon is so different, so angry, so loud, so hyper, so mean. Boy did NG put him in his place. "You say it is all about the kids, yet it is really all about YOU, Jon".......

According to Jon, he was sleeping above the garage before she filed for divorce (the interview with Chris Cuomo) -- I can't remember if he said when he started staying there. I don't think anybody has ever asked Kate about that.

since we already know everything about these two, look up jamie cole ayers on facebook. Kate's bestest friend, was on the episode last night, the angry lady in the pictures grabbing one of the boy's arms, and the nanny with them now. Whew.

True, but if TLC is advertising on their site then they are also paying RadarOnline. So, in my mind, their reporting is biased towards TLC and obviously TLC is biased towards Kate.

I don't recall seeing the ads.. did they pop up when your mouse rolled over keywords? I'm asking because if it is, those companies might not have a direct advertising deal with Radar Online. If that's the case, TLC and Anne Taylor could have signed up for a advertising program with Google or Yahoo where their ads show up on websites with keywords they are looking for.

I turn on my 'puter to now read that Jon has now emptied their bank account and Kate has finally taken her ring off.......crap this is just getting so old. I so wish the media would not spend so much time on the Gosselins. We have so many other pressing issues to deal with in this country than the having the Gosselins on the front page all of the time.

I just thought of a great question I wish all of these reporters interviewing Jon the past few days would ask him: "I realize you believe it's in the kid's best interest to stop taping the show now because of your 'ipifany', but can you please tell us how you plan on providing for your family without the show's income?"

I'd LOVE to hear his answer to that one. I'm surprised no one has asked him that question so far.

Yup -- I got that too. And then I tried again and got only the first couple of pages and it locked up.

The bitter Gosselin divorce has now become a case of he said, she said.

In Kate's corner, the "Jon and Kate Plus 8" star says she will do whatever she can to support her children.

Shortly after her Monday morning appearance on the "Today" show, where she revealed that her estranged ex, Jon, nearly cleaned out their joint bank account and halted production on their TLC reality show, Kate called into "The View" to divulge more detail.

"We're on temporary holding right now. A lot of this stuff is out of my control," Kate, 34, said. "I can tell you that my kids are upset that it's on hold, that the opportunities that they did have. For example, they're supposed to be in New York. We were supposed to come up this weekend and see the Statue of Liberty and they don't understand why we can't do that now. So for myself and the kids, I'm hoping it goes on for the opportunities as well as, obviously, the financial. I mean, essentially, it's my job, and I'm hoping to continue working."

Finding another source of income may be necessary now that Jon left her with just $1,346 from the $231,000 they had in a shared bank account.

"I do know that no matter what, I know within myself that if I have to work at McDonald's, I will do what it takes to provide for my kids, period," Kate said.


Ohhh...that is sad...there IMHO is nothing more breathe-taking than the sight of The Statue of Liberty....my all time favorite place to visit. Just taking the Ferry over from Battery Park and watching as the Statue gets closer and closer to you!!!

I wonder why they didn't pay the house off while they were still living in it, save up money for a few episodes, and then buy the new house? They had to know that the market is slow. They obviously overpriced their house if you look at the other houses for sale in their neighborhood area. I agree, they need to cut their loses with that house. The court documents states they are still paying a cable bill at that house.

I caught that too! I don't feel sorry for either of them, they demonstrate new lows of stupidity every day!

How do we know if the withdrawals listed at the very bottom were done by Jon or Kate? It doesn't say, it just lists them and then says, "I did process your other transfers for your other business accounts.".

I have a real hard time believing Kate didn't notice the first 100,000 taken out on Aug 10!
