Well, it's been almost 12 hours since one of them was seen airing their filthy laundry on TV...don't ya'll think it's about time one of them should be popping up somewhere for attention??? My guess is that we will at least see Kate sitting in a cheap plastic lawn chair in front of the house in the next few hours for a photo op.

Every day I think "hmmm, wonder what's going on with J and K?" and I pull up TMZ, and my gosh those two idiots NEVER dissapoint! Every day, it's something brand new and at the top of the page...hilarious.

Kate isn't giving the whole story about the missing money. She leaves out details that explain why he withdrew money and also neglects to say what she took money out for!

Kate says she wants the old Jon to call her but Jon says, the old Jon is gone--he's not her servant anymore.

I watched the organization show yesterday and thought Kate was back to her snotty self. She seemed very unappreciative at times and I'm sure those two women wanted to strangle her. The kids were running wild and she introduced her "new best friend" who did not look familiar at all. The best was in one scene the dogs were passing by--must of been filmed a couple months ago. Poor Kate you would of thought that she is the only one in the world who has 8 kids and where to hang their winter jackets and snowpants. Once again, phoney as ever. Please Kate, give it up---the ratings have to be rock bottom after this waste of 30 mintues.

Regarding the taking money out, Kate said (IIRC) that she did it in response to Jon taking out a large amount initially and she wanted to have some money "safe" to feed the kids if needed. To me, that's a typical divorce move and something I would probably do myself (not that we have that much to pull out of a bank account!) if I were in the situation.

I think she meant the "old" Jon in the sense of someone who would sit and listen to her instead of screaming back or needing the attornies and stuff like that. I think both J&K have changed a LOT. Kill them with kindess - not all this screaming and terrible talk about each other...it's gonna get mighty nasty before it gets any better!

I only watched a few minutes of the show last night but saw the friend and her son. Isn't that the one we saw pictures of this summer and wondered who it was? Maybe when Kate was in the driveway in her bikini?? I can't remember now but I remember there being a "friend" and another child and no one could figure out who she was. I don't think Kate was snotty - now I only watched a few minutes and will probably watch the whole show at some point this weekend. I think Kate thinks she's a good organizer (I'd like to think I'm good at organizing but know I could do better) and when someone - a professional none the less - came in and said things should be done like this or that if Kate had an idea already in mind, I could see where Kate could get a little upset. I thought the organization lady said Kate was seeing why they had the categories they'd suggested and that Kate was actually using them??

Nancy Grace was good and did put some pressure on Jon but she kept saying "work on your marriage".
I don't think after what they both have said and done that there will ever be a way to repair that marriage. And Jon kept trying to tell her that he wants to mediate and work on being good co-parents, but not married. she wouldn't shut her trap for enough time for that to get into her brain. (not a Nancy Grace fan)
They do have to talk about how they will raise the kids, and maybe enforce that when one is home the other can traipes the world doing their tv shows and interviews. The person who has custody MUST be at home during that time or take the kids with them on their dime and NO interviews with them on camera.
Another thing that Jon brought up last night was that when he went to the house for the first time he found the bedroom door had a deadbolt on it. He said he couldn't get in to get his clothes etc... Maybe that is why he was wearing those khacki shorts for two days in a row?
If he was living in the basement or garage why did he have all his stuff in the bedroom. And if that is his house he has every right to break down the door in whatever way he needs to get into his room. No room is out of limits for the owner no matter what the other has done. I personally would put a ladder up and break down the window, they are cheaper to replace. then go in and unlock the deadbolt from the inside and take it off. Teach Kate a lesson that she can't control the house they both own.

IMO once they had started the joint custody, Jon must have moved in from the garage -- it's a separate building from the house and there is no way he could leave 8 children sleeping in the house alone. And since I'm sure the only reason he was sleeping in the garage was to be away from Kate (either his wish or hers), I don't see any reason why he wouldn't want to be closer to them when it was his time.

But it is hard to believe that they shared that bedroom after she filed for divorce. With that big house there must be a guest bedroom.

And I always wondered about those cheap plastic lawn chairs -- here, everybody uses folding fabric chairs for games, sitting around the campfire at the campground, etc.

Actually I thought Jon handled Nancy Grace pretty well. She acts tough for the camera. She is forever looking at the camera. I thought he answered questions a lot more honest than Kate did or ever will.

I think what happened was Jon said back in October that he wanted to stop doing the show and Kate freaked out. She likes the camera and being in charge. The kids have no choice.

Exactly Both of them are telling less than half of what is going on IMO, and I'm expecting more details from Kate on this because she is the one who brought this up in the first place.

Anyone watch LKL last night -- I was really surprised they were talking about Jon and Kate again. They had 3 lawyers plus Dr. Drew who all refused to say that doing a reality show was definitely bad for the kids. However, good point made by one of them -- the kids should not be "wailing" as Kate described because the cameras were going to be removed from their lives.

I was pretty disappointed in Dr. Drew -- he said he sides with Kate, that the show is fine for the kids because she needs as many people as possible to take care of her kids and that Jon's job as a father of super-multiples was to support their mother since it is her job to take care of the kids (does he not watch the show, does he not read?) Oh yeah, and he defended TLC (he admits he knows the head person there very well and he's sure that she wouldn't do anything wrong) I am definitely ok with somebody disagreeing with me when they know all of the facts -- but really think people like that should shut up when they obviously don't.

One of the lawyers was the person who represented Denise Richards against Charlie Sheen -- I forget the credentials of the other 2. Not much of an objective panel IMO

I haven't read ahead, but Dr. Drew has his own reality show where he exploits people. At least they are adults and signed up for the invasion of privacy. I will never understand how anyone thinks it is ok when kids HAVE to do anything so that their parents will have money! Helloooooo! It is fundamentally wrong.

These people have better things to do than know the whole backstory, not just the tabloid story, and they do not/have not watched the show from the beginning (based on things they say).

I missed The Insider tonight but saw a small clip on YouTube. I normally don't like Nancy Grace but , she seemed to ask some tough questions. It cracked me up when she asked Jon why is it always about him and he didn't know what to say. It would be interesting if she ever got to interview Kate.

I thought it was great he was doing Larry King but to do ET and The Insider...is he doing Inside Edition too? Why the tabloid TV shows? It just makes it look like more of a circus than it already is. And the commercial for Jon being on with Nancy Grace was disgusting. It has Nancy and Jon both saying "Who's Side are you On?"...this isn't a game.

So...does this mean Jon's still with Hailey, the supposed love of his life? How is he supposed to "fix the relationship" with Kate if he's with another woman? He's apologizing for his mistakes - is Hailey one of them? Sorry, longtime lurker turned confused poster here.

Welcome to the thread! Jon and Kate have both said they will not be getting back together. I think he means fix the relationship they have now as mother and father.

I don't think either one of them has told the whole truth about anything since the divorce announcement. And I think everything they say has a hidden agenda behind it now.

The previous 2 weeks you posted about how boring the show was and now you are calling it a waste after you watched it yet again. If it is so terrible, why do you watch it?

Someone posted that they made a $500,000 downpayment on their new home. Why in the world didn't they pay off the first mortgage and at least rent out the old home.

I just saw the clip from Nancy Grace. Will she not shut up and let Jon answer a question? She kept bombarding him about his actions and then he tries to explain something and she cuts him off. And how everything is about him? What would she say to Kate? Someone nominate Kate for an Oscar because she's got acting pitiful down better than Meryl Streep.

I was thinking about the cease and desist order for the show. Even though it's a good thing, it's still another big change in the kid's lives. Kate mentioned on the Today Show that they told them they won't be filming anymore, but I wonder if Jon has talked to them about it? I don't think he's been home since the announcement.

Just spent some time reading comments at the bottom of some of the articles that are posted. I have to say, they are turning more critical as days go on. My favourite of the day:
Is it me or do other people also feel like these 2 are our kids? Why the hell are they telling me about every freaking detail in their lives when I never watched an episode? Where ever I go it's.. Jon did this.. Kate did that.. so what. We didn't hook you 2 up.

Just let me start off by saying that my kids don't watch the show anymore, they/we don't watch the tabloid shows,no mags in the house so I am not sure where he is getting his information but my 9 year old came into the room the other day and said "I am sick of hearing about Jon and Kate. Those poor kids don't have parents anymore. Why are they acting so mean?"

A furious Kate is demanding the court hold Jon in contempt of their Interim Arbitration Award; order him to pay back the $230,000 within 24 hours of the court's order; order Jon to provide complete accounting of monies spent, from any source whatsoever, for the last 60 days; order Jon to sell both his BMW and his Mercedes and escrow the funds to cover any potential in his ability to repay the $230,000; order Jon to produce all of his lawyer Mark J. Heller's retainer agreements, documentation regarding payment of any fees or retainers, as well as copies of all invoices from Heller and order Jon to pay Kate's legal fees of $5,000.

I have not watched the NG clip but I assume they were still sharing a bedroom then. Does that mean all the theory's of them having a sham of a marriage is not true.

Looks like she is asking that his vehicles be sold if he does not have all of the money that he took from the account. I wonder if the dates that Jon withdrew money coincide with dates he was taking Hailey here and there or hanging with Lohan?

He said the money he took out was for his "salary". I wonder if they have been doing that all along or just taking money out as needed? I also wonder about the other 10 accounts. If this one is emptied, then why can't Kate use money from the other accounts until this one is figured out? She should come over to this thread and answer all these questions!
