Jon and Kate Plus 8, Official Thread-Part 3

All I know for sure is I like Jon and Kate and the kids. Are they perfect NO is anyone?? Should Kate yell at Jon like she does, who knows but I believe he is capable of taking care of himself. I believe he gives as good as he gets. It really hard to judge them and there actions unless you have 8 kids under 8.

Trying to put myself in Kate's situation, I know that I would be devastated if my husband were cheating on me. I agree that Kate should be home with the kids right now, perhaps in her mind it is better that she be away right now until she can get her feelings in check so they don't see that part of it either. I don't know.

After reading the article in People, Kate and Jon are both hurting right now. I just hope they can move past the hurt and anger and do what is best for the family. They both have made a mess of things and Jodi and Kevin are just adding more to the mess.

My kids are dd 10 and ds 14. My son refuses to believe any of the articles that he has seen in the check out line. My daughter asked me if it they were true. I told them that I had no idea but often those type of magazines print whatever and that we should pray for the family. When talking about the Gosselins we usually discuss Aaden and his funny comments or Alexis and her "aldergator".

I bet they miss their mommy. My son misses me when I go to work for 8 hours and then spend the rest of the night with him. I'm sure they are busy with school but I bet they miss their mommy.

Yes they must miss there momma, her smell I think most of all. There is something about the scent of a loved one a pet even. I know I use to travel all the time for my work when I got married and I would take a t-shirt of my husband with me. All my pets I have had, I have clipping of their fur I sound crazy but I keep it in a little box in my closets it just makes me feel something since they have passed.

Once again most adults don't want there families coming to there aid, I know I wouldn't I know most adults wouldn't want there mommies and daddies comong to there aid.

Then in my eyes, they are not very good "mommies and daddies" - nor very good grandparents - considering there are also 8 little children involved..

Kate comes from a fairly large family - not sure about Jon - and no one is in their daily lives or sees fit to defend them in any way, shape, or form?

So who do those 8 little children have? A mom and a dad that are considering putting an end to what "'could" have been a beautiful, happy family - and - for what??

It was an interesting read for sure. I want to feel bad for both of them now. I mean I think Jon just wants to have some fun. I think he chose the wrong kind of fun but I think that is what he was wanting. I want to believe that he didn't cheat. I think she doesn't believe him though.

It was an interesting read for sure. I want to feel bad for both of them now. I mean I think Jon just wants to have some fun. I think he chose the wrong kind of fun but I think that is what he was wanting. I want to believe that he didn't cheat. I think she doesn't believe him though.

It is really a sad story. Summer is around the corner that beautiful yard they have for a slip and slide the dogs to play with.

Wow at the supermarket every Rag paper had them on the cover- One with Kate and her bodyguard- with a "Kate cheats with bodyguard" headline-
to People with her "We may end up splitting" comment on the cover. It was sad to see. It doesn't look good for them.

I noticed - all the mags is the truth! I always wonder if it's a chicken or the egg type situation. How can all that coverage not weigh on a relationship. I would think that even if it is ALL lies it would still be really hard on a marriage to have that scrutiny.

Wow! That article was heartbreaking! No flames but I have always liked Kate; regardless if you like her or not she does not deserve to be treated like that by her own husband! I understand that she feels obligated to continue the show. I am not saying I agree with her; I just understand how expensive it is to raise a large family ( and I only have 4 kids to provide for). IMO John has never really been involved with his family the way he should have. Let alone I think he lazy as far as working regular job vs doing the show. SAD is all I can say... I feel sorry for her and the kids. It is bad enough Jon is acting like a jerk but everyone gets to see it.
