I have to say they quoted people and the stories are almost identical which makes me believe it even more. And Star even has quotes from Kate when she did an interview with them (I'm not sure when that interview took place).

It's no surprise that eventually Jon & Kate would become the target of the tabloids, with GWoP and other blogs out there tracking their every move. Jon & Kate had to know people were onto them. They had to. If they don't read the blogs, some of their PR people must. Even if this was just an innocent picture, you'd think SOMEONE would smack Jon in the head and tell him to be careful, stay out of bars, and live like a saint while in the public eye. He shouldn't have to do that, but that's the squeaky clean image the family has ... If this is true, I imagine pics out of Utah won't be far behind.

For as much as I don't love the show .. I always hoped they knew what they were doing, surrounded themselves with good friends/advisors and were in this solidly together. It doesn't seem that way at the moment.

Oooh, I am more interested than ever to hear about your experience, Madge!! Not that I believe everything I read (I tend to base my opinions on what I actually witness), but it'd just be interesting, in general, to see how Kate will deal with all of this at the event. Will she gloss over it? Will she address it? Even if she never mentions it, she's not a good actress, so I'm willing to be you'll be able to tell if something is hanging in the air. Wish I was in Kentucky!!

My guess is she's going to stick to a scripted talk ... families & Jesus. And I bet you won't be able to pick a hint of a problem, because she's made this talk before. I don't believe there will be any Q & A. Because of the service schedule, I don't know that I'll be anywhere near Kate, for pictures, book signings, etc. There are 2 worship times: 9:00am and 10:30am. It's a larger church (for here, anyway) .. but I'm assuming that they're going to clear the church and parking lot between services. They're going to have their regular Sunday School classes, etc. while all this is going on as well.

I got my tickets today, and doesn't say anything other than my ticket is market for sanctuary seating.

I have to tell you, there's a lot of time between now and Sunday. It won't surprise me if she cancels.

On a similar note, I read an account on the nicer blog (GDNNoP) this week - the poster had been a fan, and was disappointed after seeing Kate in person.

Someone asked what changed for me from the home show. First of all none of us could beleive how think kate really is. She is very pretty, but almost sickly thin. When she got up someone wanted to ask a question and her response was that we could not ask questions ( which I understand) but that we were there to listen to her. Which is true, we were. The advertising said she was coming to speak about organization. All she spoke about was her book being a best seller. Not once was Beth mentioned. It was just about all of the writing she had done. I thoguht Beth had played a big part in that, but I do not look into all of the rumors about their relationship, so who knows. It was all PR and that was what she was there for, just not at all what I expected.
It was unfortunate that some of the people there around us where there simply to pick apart everything she said and every action that she made. I was hoping that day would have proved them wrong, but the way the presentation went it was honestly just more ammunition.

ooh. I don't know. I only look every few days. It's very overwhelming to read. If I'm looking for an anti-blog, I prefer Musings from the Moon. Pretty much the same info, but not as many comments to wade through.

I haven't read any comments -- I've been editing pictures today. Something productive.

I'd like to think if the marriage doesn't work out, that he'd be a stand up guy and be involved with the kids. But good Lord, encouraging him to leave the kids? Really? That's so sad.

Several months ago I first saw them there. I find the site mildly entertaining and don't find them especially irresponsible. I check them out on Tuesdays, that's about it. I know they are a bad word here.

Some of the comments associated with the "college girl" pics at the pressi blog address posted earlier today sound like they think he is a complete dork.
That "celebrity news bit" (gossip video thing) at the pressi blog was HARSH. "Kissing girls on the neck and mouth!" "Acting like an idiot!" Say it isn't so.

Those people (kids) commenting that he should leave are just bashing Ms. Katie. Surely nobody really wants the kids to be without their Dad.
Jon is suffering from perpetual adolesence. Having a slew of kids doesn't cure it either.

I just don't see it, certainly not in this day and age, so I really don't buy that by any means; not to mention the only photos that are shown; truly look like a fan photo. there are, unfortunately, logical reasons why there aren't any pics ... too dark, sold to tabloids, and so on...

but you're right. it could have merely been a fan thing.

If that's the case, I might have chosen a different media outlet to tell my story than Radar Online. And I'd be telling every one I can.

What got me is that in the one story their PR person said Jon was visiting his Mom and in the other the TLC rep said that Jon was helping with a sick family member (could be the other way around, I didn't go back to check). You would think they would have one reason.

And Madge I agree. I'd be telling People, Newsweek, CNN Headline News, who ever would listen, not just Radar Online. I hadn't even heard of them until the whole OctoMom drama started.
