Today is my third full day and so far, so good. I like that they give me menus to follow and also the freedom to move within them.
Anyone else use eDiets? I would love to hear from other DISers who have used them and have had success!

I am on eDiets, too! I am following the Jenny Craig alternative. I started Aug 2 and have lost 16 pounds! So I am gonna say it has worked wonderfully for me! Good luck and have fun!
