HI all....hope your day was SUPER!
here's my day:
BREAKFAST: none, sorry got busy...
LUNCH: lean chicken lunch meat (4 thin slices) on 2 pc lf/lc wheat bread. a few mini pretzels
DINNER: 2 pc lean turkey, 4 small slices home made pizza (turkey sausage, turkey pepperoni, onion and mushroom toppings)
1 glass skim milk
WATER: 24 oz (didn't do well with this today!)
EXERCISE: 1.5 miles walking fast pace!!! YAY ME!!
OK, THAT'S ABOUT IT!
i took today off, and really enjoyed it...i have some prospects on new jobs, so here's hoping SOMETHING works out...back to the old one tomorrow!!! A LOOOONNNNGGG drive to Columbus

Oh well, it could be worse, i could be unemployed.
