They're being presented with no witnesses Nummy because you're CHOOSING to give the jury no witnesses.

The judge gave them an alternative to have their witnesses testify too ... She said that they could testify under seal ... The judge covered herself ... There is no grounds for an appeal on this issue at all, IMO ...

Lawyers and judge are in the court. Court is adjourned for today. Allocution will be tomorrow.

Well I sure hope the Jurors are so sick of their chains being yanked that they vote for Death, like the family of Travis said, please let this be OVER, so everyone can move on with their lives

I get it, Womack sold the pictures to Nancy or who ever and never declared the income on them.

Patty sold pictures to Nancy and declared the income. I remember this happening in CA trial. Baez never claimed the income tax for CA.

Just rewatched the court footage on HLN ... It looked like Willie wanted to crawl under the table when Nurmi announced he wasn't going to call any witnesses ... Willie definitely looked very uncomfortable ...

I guess Nurmi and Wilmont are trying to set up their appeals, but I don't thinks it's going to work. The judge said they could testify under seal, and still the DT witnesses are not testifying.

appeal appeal appeal..................all they want /...but they cant delay this anymore, judge appeared to be cool as a cucumber but said her peace, tomorrow is the convicted murderers time to speak.

meanwhile,,,,whats the deal with brewer,,,,I dont seeing him changing his mind???do you??? perhaps ....they....(the same same they that helped womack plead the fifth all of a sudden) explained that he was hurting her by even trying to help her, itd be better for the convicted murderer if they get to appeal or overturn the verdict???

What a waste of taxpayer $$$$$$


that jury cannot be happy about another delay........and having no mitigation witnesses does NOT bode well for the convicted murderer..........

The DT has no game left. The judge would have allowed Patti and Darryl to testify under closed seal. The DT didn't want them to have to answer questions from JM. Lets face it, it doesn't help Arias that her friend may have a record, and If it's true that she was selling photo of herself and Arias to the media during trial doesn't speak highly of Patti's character. As for Darryl, I don't know, but maybe he got caught in a lie, and when cross examined he would be caught in that lie.

No kidding! I'd be writing a strongly worded letter to the state/county to let them know that while it's understood that defendants deserve a fair trial, the state doesn't deserve to pay millions of dollars because of the unorganized chaos that the judge allows. There's no reason that Jodi can't talk today seeing as she was planning on doing so anyway.

And I'd be so pissed off being called in just to be excused. This is getting insane and I don't want to waste my time on this case anymore...even though I still will.

i think the ONLY way that she can not get death is to have had her family BEG...
its heartbreaking for her family....heartbreaking...

BUT

Travis Alexander and his family deserve a JUST conclusion to this tragedy...
TRAGIC all around..........
