How much you want to bet that Jodi set this whole thing up, pleaded with Daryll and Patty to purposefully not show up so that she could make Nurmi so mad he'd blow a gasket and they'd get a mistrial, Jodi is so manipulative, and its the only power she has left, power over her friends ..."If you really care about me you will not come" and I bet Donovan three way called and let Jodi talk to them, helped set it all up.

All the DT is doing is throwing a temper tantrum ... The murderer gets an automatic appeal if she gets the DP anyway ... so no need for the DT to pull this garbage ... The problem they have is that no one wants to testify on JA's behalf ... that's all it is ... So let the convicted murderer testify on her own behalf ... she loves to talk about herself ...

I guess Nurmi and Wilmont are trying to set up their appeals, but I don't thinks it's going to work. The judge said they could testify under seal, and still the DT witnesses are not testifying.
