Maybe it's spurred by my love of Dr. Horn, but this particular testimony from Dr. Burp/Doze is really pissing me off.

I have a very difficult time believing the assessment of a neuroPSYCHOLOGIST over a MEDICAL EXAMINER when it comes to the effect a bullet would have on a particular region of the brain. And his response that the "lack of intracranial bleeding" implies there was no damage to the brain is just crap. There was no bleeding because there was no blood left in his body by that point.
I just hope that the jury takes the answer from Dr. Horn ('from the location of the two holes in the skull, I know the bullet went through the frontal lobe of the brain") over this guy's blabber.
