Jodi Arias Trial Part 6, starting with JM Rebuttal April 16

She really has a pair of B***S trying to ask him questions to contradict a medical examiner.

This is going to backfire on him and he won't even know its coming.
I think it's going to backfire because, besides JM going after him, the jury is going to wonder why the DT couldn't get their own ME to testify that it all went down the way Jodi said! The order of wounds are so important, esp to the defense, so why wouldn't they get their own ME? :scratchin
He really needs to invest in some Gas-X ;) ...
Maybe he has a birthday coming up. :)

How ironic that as I'm writing a paper on communication barriers due to brain injuries, this guy brings it up! Also, dura matter....matter, not MATER, sounds like Tow-Mator. Gah. Anyway, carry on. I'm going to continue not paying attention except for random tidbits that correlate with what I'm doing at the moment.

Just don't incorporate his testimony into your paper and you'll do fine. :):lmao:

OMG how is the Judge allowing this? ... this man is a Neuropsychologist not a Neurologist or a medical doctor (MD) ... I think he is really stretching his qualifications and expertise to be testifying about all this ... :confused3

Include his picture in a circle with a slash.

"Our ONE witness trumps ALL your witnesses ... neener, neener, neener!"

Sooo now he's a ME also?

Maybe it's spurred by my love of Dr. Horn, but this particular testimony from Dr. Burp/Doze is really pissing me off. I have a very difficult time believing the assessment of a neuroPSYCHOLOGIST over a MEDICAL EXAMINER when it comes to the effect a bullet would have on a particular region of the brain. And his response that the "lack of intracranial bleeding" implies there was no damage to the brain is just crap. There was no bleeding because there was no blood left in his body by that point.

I just hope that the jury takes the answer from Dr. Horn ('from the location of the two holes in the skull, I know the bullet went through the frontal lobe of the brain") over this guy's blabber.

It's unfortunate that what he says is true about cases where some bullet wounds don't incapacitate a person. That said, I don't think he should be able to speak to any of this information when it's not in his area of expertise (did not do an examination/autopsy), but also because there is no evidence that he was or was not incapacitated.

Are you biased?:rotfl:

Anyone else having difficulty keeping their eyes open? Hurry up and unleash JM already!

So you are admitting Doc that you are clueless regarding this case and need to shut up and go home because you are nothing but a big waste of time ...
