I think the Judge should be de-benched (is that even a word ) for allowing this witness at all ... All this crap was already addressed ... If the DT wanted to argue Dr. Horn's testimony (which they are about to do now I think) they should have brought in a witness when they were presenting their case ... NOT now ...
