Well the due date is may 13th. The race IS on! I would love a Mother's Day baby though. she has dropped considerably, so she's "in position"... Any day now!

Yup, Kurby had a baby girl. She must be almost 2! My DD got married during that trial too. And I got an iPhone to watch the trial at my DS's doctor's appt. LOL And I thought I was nuts for my dedication to watching THAT trial.

This trial is making me more emotionally invested than I thought it would. I watched a video on YouTube of Travis and man, what a sweet and funny gentleman. Evil Jodi had to take him away. I am now more pro Travis than I have ever been before.

That is a great question. I would think the family would have to file some sort of suit "wrongful death" claim and block all this nonsense, injunction, stop letting her profit. Any one know?

It was one thing to insult Juan and NG, but now you are drawing the victims and selling the art. There must be a fine line drawn here. I think Jodi must think it is ok since the judge did not make her stop tweeting. But this is outrageous. I have never heard of anyone doing this in my life.

I think she is allowed to do it because she hasn't been convicted yet. After that, I think it would then be illegal. I will have to go look up the Son of Sam law.
