Off topic, but the link that was posted above had an interesting paragraph regarding Casey Anthony. I hadn't heard about this: In Florida, Anthony is currently involved in a new legal battle as concerned public opposition groups are fighting to prevent her from selling the story of her daughter's death for a profit.

Legally, she probably should be allowed to sell her story. It's up to the public to not buy it. I hate that she should be allowed to lead her life...I really do. But, it is what it is, even if it sucks big time.

DW and I went out of town for the weekend, then I've been a little under the weather. That's why I haven't been around. I don't even remember where I left off.

I'll probably won't be around much this week either. I have a lot to catch up on at work. I think I'll even have to leave the trial off this week. It's been a little too distracting and I'm getting behind. I'm going to take the week to catch up.

I'll catch up with the trial tonight when I get home.

Hope you feel better and you catch up with work. DH can't take anytime off without it coming back to bite him in the *** catching up. Big hugs T-man!

That drawing of Tanisha by JA is so wrong. JA is one huge giant CREEP STALKER. I also wanted to add that 'real' pic on FB of Tanisha…………she has lost a TON of weight since that pic was taken. She is sooooo thin now.

And I am also reading over there on that FB site that the finding of the GUN may be all false.

Good morning Kar and everyone!! I've noticed Tanisha has lost weight. She has a thin face anyway, but looking back at earlier pictures, she didn't look so "hollow". That poor family!

Probably because no one ( a victim or victims family has filed a civil suit toward CA future earnings) Doubt her mom or dad would file suit. CA has been acquitted in FL and I am guessing she is allowed to earn a living however she can. They should put CA and Octomom on a reality show and see how they put food on their table. I read where CA filed bankruptcy approx. 4 weeks ago

I agree unfortunately. Since she wasn't convicted, I don't think they can stop her, but it was interesting to read that people are at least trying to stop her. Hopefully, nobody will support her efforts to sell her story (and that's exactly what it is - a story).

I agree unfortunately. Since she wasn't convicted, I don't think they can stop her, but it was interesting to read that people are at least trying to stop her. Hopefully, nobody will support her efforts to sell her story (and that's exactly what it is - a story).

All it would be is a book of pages filled with lies. Only people who believe in her would buy it. Not enough to make a profit.

That's a very good point. The vast majority of America considers her to be a murderer who was proven to not only lie but lie to ridiculous extremes. Very few people would throw money away and waste their time on it. That may be enough to keep publishers from purchasing the rights to it.

The good thing about the efforts to stop her is that, hopefully, any publisher would be afraid of the backlash. Can you imagine the reviews on Amazon? Look at LaViolette's book.

I have just taken a Vicodin to deal with a kidney stone invading my body at the moment, so type big if something good happens. I'm thinking I should start to get FOGGY any time now.

On HLN, they're talking about the surrebuttal. If it's granted (and they believe it will be because it's a death penalty case) then JM could come back with a rebuttal to the surrebuttal. What this Anita Kay (former sex crime prosecutor) is saying is that the problem with the surrebuttal is that we (in the U.S.) don't prosecute by ambush...that all this info is already out there to both sides, so that (if I understand correctly) the DT should have known and already dealt with the issue of the Borderline Personality Disorder diagnosis of DeMarte.

Rumor has it that Deanna Reed (former girlfriend of Travis) is at the courthouse?!
