CNN just had one of the WHITE capped friends on speaking.

Friend insists he is a good guy and friend will always look at him as a good guy and that ALL of Cambridge LOVE him (bomber boy lives in Cambridge).

I read a Defense motion requesting the State produce that witness (after the State implied there was no receipt of the returned gas can) and the State has since added that witness.

Ok maybe that was it then ... I remember there was something filed about Walmart and the returned gas can ... I better start taking better notes ...

Also, I think there is a DT motion still open asking the judge to preclude any testimony regarding the weight capacity of the shelves inside Travis Alexander’s closet ... So maybe that's what the hearing is about today ...

You know just watching the Uncle, he looks angry.

These two boys were taught allot. To say they had no training? Why would the one be wearing a suicide belt? Don't know if they were born here, but someone taught them this stuff. If I were an Uncle the only statement I would make would be to apologize to this country. Not saying they shamed the family. Who cares.

The uncle cares. Look at where they were from, the uncle would have the mentality that it shamed the home country and it shamed their family. Maybe he said that to try to get through to the nephew?

I hope they find the guy soon. I can't imagine how scared those people in that neighborhood feels.

Their father is ridiculous. There is video of the white capped guy leaving the back pack and there are witnesses seeing him leaving it.

Gawd, I wouldn't think it would take her this long to decide that, but I don't recall the State having filed a response to that motion either so maybe that is it. I hope some site posts all those closed door hearing proceedings as soon as they're unsealed. At least we now know they're working on Fridays even when the court is down.

*WARNING* There is a photo of the dead bomber going around attached to an LA Times report online. I wasn't prepared for it. I wasn't expecting to see him on a table naked and dead. Very graphic...just wanted to warn my friends here. Don't understand why they would release that?

I'd also like to know who it was (client) that the PD Washington had that took her off this case as it was a conflict of interest.

Unfortunately the one about Gus and who was in the car, we may never know, as the judge promised it would be locked away. It may have been sealed along with jurors notes and then be destroyed...dang...

You may not see them for a long, LONG time. They will probably even stayed sealed during the Appeals process.
