Jodi Arias Trial Part 6, starting with JM Rebuttal April 16

Well, JW chose to open all those doors, and now she can't undo that. The jury must be filled with some aw and wonder about the crazy stuff she did. And they get to ponder this for several days. I hope the few questions are so good.

Jury questions next? :cool1:
I almost spit my coke on my screen!:rotfl2: She will be screaming in the car...
OH, the image of her screaming in the car is delightful! :teeth: Thank you for that!
:scared:

That is just so sick. It shows that she really had no true feelings for TA, he was a means to a life she thought she deserved.

I wonder if her and the guy ever connected, well before she was arrested?
And it shows that she was satisfied that she did what needed to be done...kill him. Over and done with, move on.

Would love to know too about the guy! Could you imagine seeing her on the news when she was arrested and thinking "Hey, isn't that the girl I met on the plane? :scared1:"

That kind of behavior also makes me think that she had other "boyfriends" besides the 4.

She can if the judge allows it.

This is from the azcourts.gov website:

In a criminal trial, the prosecuting attorney presents evidence and testimony of witnesses to try to prove the defendant committed the crime. The attorney for the defendant may present evidence and witnesses to show that the defendant did not commit the crime or to create a reasonable doubt as to the defendant’s guilt. The defendant is considered innocent of the crime charged until proven guilty.

When the prosecution’s side has completed its questioning of a witness, the defense is allowed to cross-examine the witness on any relevant matter.

After cross-examination, the attorney who originally called the witness may ask additional questions of the witness to clarify something touched on in the cross-examination. This is redirect examination. The judge may allow an opportunity for the opposing attorney to recross examine.

So far this judge hasn't allowed it from when I started watching it.

Thank you. I hope she doesn't start allowing it now.

#JodiArias is here, no on else is though. All attorneys are still out of the courtroom.

Is this guy from the plane, did she write that in her journal or did she say that to JD? If she only said that to JD, well Jennifer put that in your pipe and smoke it. Something you knew nothing about....

I think she is taking notes for closing statements. She can only re-cross pertaining to juror questions. Otherwise it would never end ;)
You mean it IS going to end? You promise??
Oh man, our local DFW station is reporting 10 volunteer firefighters dead at West. :(
Oh no! :sad2:

If she said it to JD, JD would have it in her report (she'd have to, to testify to it) and Willie would have to know since she'd have a copy of the report.

What do we think of the jury questions so far? ... I think the bear vs tiger question must have come from the same juror who asked Sammy if PTSD can be caused by a bad haircut ;) ...

Oh, that's so awful. My workplace is doing a small tribute for the Texas victims on Monday. It sounds horrible to say, but you almost feel like the country is so inundated with tragedies that the folks in Texas are being "short-changed" when it comes to attention and national grief. My heart breaks for them.

This may sound crazy but, speaking for myself, if my choices were life in prison with no chance of parole and the death penalty, I'd wish for the death penalty.
