I am watching on HLN and they are at the sidebar where JW was trying to impeach the witness by implying her testimony about trial experience is different from her pretrial interview. How did that turn out? I haven't seen anyone comment on it.

Rule 15 of the AZ Rules of Criminal Procedure deal with disclosures, so there must be a disclosure violation of some kind.

My immediate guess is that the DT is trying to put something into evidence without disclosing it to the Prosecuting attorney.

DT talked about a test and JD said Samuels did not provide it to her. DT tried to sneak it in and get her to look at it. I'll see if I can find it somewhere. Snuz is doing excellent keeping up with the tweets.

I respectfully disagree. If he did object he would look like the DT and waste time and defensive defensive and appear protecting his witness. This witness doesn't need ANY help and the more Willie duplicates questions she embarrasses herself more.
I haven't been a Willie fan from day one but I honestly sort of feel a little empathy in her search for nothing from this witness

I totally agree, but letting Willie continue asking the questions the witness seems stronger because she doesn't waver at all. It just makes willie seem dumb, confused and incompetent.

The trial is, of course, to determine JA degree of guilt or innocence. Putting that aside...I do find it amazing to watch 3 competent and prepared professional lawyers do battle with all their tools. I do think JM is a little quicker and responsive in following his opponents strategy but Willie does have it going on. Willie is making the best of a bad situation.
I followed the OJ and CA trials but today with live viewing online, tv stations coverage, forums, news, YT. We get to literally feel we are there in the courtroom. Actually, we online have much more data than the jurors.

Before they went to the recess, it was information that was entered into evidence during the testimony of Samuels. I think the problem is Samuels did not supply those documents to JD which he, by law, was supposed to do. Just another indicator of how awful Samuels is.
