I just hope the jurors are paying close attention to everything ... I was a little concerned with their questions yesterday ... I'm hoping they were just written early on before they heard a lot of Dr. D's testimony ... Some of the questions that made me a little worried were:
the ones about Dr. D's experience - because Willie was really trying to discredit Dr. D on that point too ...
Yes, she is younger and less experienced. But seemed to be very common sense, matter of fact, you can't BS me.
the one about the bear vs the tiger - because I thought that was a bit snarky like when a juror asked Sammy if a bad haircut could cause PTSD ... So is there a juror who may be thinking everything is a joke? ...
That was one strange question.
the one about the camera in the washer - because it seemed to be questioning Dr. D's opinion on JA's organization after she killed TA ...
One method of organizing/trying to cover your tracks could be to dump the camera in the desert along with the other crime scene evidence. But it is an equally valid method of organization/cover your tracks to delete the photos and wash the camera if you believe that will destroy the evidence. It's not as if Jodi left the camera behind in its normal state.
the question whether Dr. D considers JA stabbing/shooting/slitting TA's throat a traumatic event - because it seemed to be questioning Dr. D's opinion in regards to PTSD ...
It was traumatic to TRAVIS, that is certain. I think you are less likely to suffer PTSD if you are the perpetrator (Jodi) rather than the victim.
Hopefully these questions were just to clarify Dr. D's testimony that a juror may not have understood clearly ... and hopefully Dr. D cleared up any misunderstandings ...
