It was one element that DeMarte used to make that determination. Does Willie think the jury forgot that?

Who is Dr Carp and why isn't he testifying?

I'm getting flashbacks to college, except that this trial has been longer than a semester. We're approaching the end of classes, the boring professors sound like they're talking in slo mo, and we just want to get the damn exams over with and get on with summer and life.

Ooooo...I just looked up to see Water-Spilling-Gate on HLN! That was fun! Perked me right up.

This supposed Dr. with 35 years of experience and a PhD and supervises a bunch of people and oversees the dissertations of 12 doctoral candidates, blah blah blah , really needs to familiarize himself or go read a book or attend a workshop or whatever to learn some professional etiquette ... His constant chuckling and laughing is totally inappropriate and disgusting ...

I think Dr. Carp was the original psychologist the DT hired. Probably saw the big picture before the trial and got the hell out of there.
