Jodi Arias Trial Part 6, starting with JM Rebuttal April 16

'There's a note in the jury's basket--questions for Geffner. #JodiArias'

I think I can see the question from CALI … it says WHY IS YOUR MOUSTACHE WHITE AND YOUR HAIR IS BROWN?

'Juror #2 looks close to falling asleep'

'Geffner going over another set of test results with teeny tiny words/letters up on the projection screen.'

'Geffner explains something in psychobabble, asks if that helps. Willmott says um, not really.'

I truly sympathize with Juror #2. I think this is almost torture for them, knowing that the end is so close, yet they have to sit through ANOTHER doctor trying to tell them that JA was battered or traumatized. Get on with it. I feel like this is only going to hurt the defense. The boredom factor.

Here is a sample of the future juror questions:

1. WTH was the purpose of your testimony?

2. Can we get your entire testimony stricken from the record?

3. Since you never interviewed JA, your testimony means nothing. So can you explain why you were brought in? Was it just to delay the inevitable? Can you give examples of other trials where you've been brought in for this purpose?

:stir:

:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
:rotfl2::rotfl2::rotfl2::rotfl2::rotfl2:
:lmao::lmao::lmao::lmao::lmao::lmao:

Lord, I hope we don't have to hear all this stuff again when it comes to the penalty phase, just flip a coin.

I don't mean to sound mean, but this guy strikes me as such a goober! :rotfl: He's fascinated by the touch-screen like he's never seen anything like it before! :lmao: What rock did the DT find him under? :laughing:

What does that tell you? Does not use a computer?

So boring....

And who cares if she wasn't angry years after the murder? I can't see this helping the defense.

elizabetherwin 'I wonder if defense on purpose chose an older gentleman to counter the young Dr. DeMarte. I'd guess yes.'

I wonder if JM will call back Dr. Janeen to REBUTT this dude???

elizabetherwin 'Willmott indicates DeMarte didn't read the directions properly on the test she gave'

Oh bother. :headache:

I was just thinking how much I like him because of that characteristic! He seems so innocent and kind of goofy or good natured. I'll just ignore whatever he says in favor of his quirky self.
