What does his taking pictures have to do with this case? I know the defense is claiming it could've possibly been viewed by the jurors. Was it? Defense is grasping for straws here.

I think they are grasping at straws. They may be making a deal about it so they can have it on record when it comes time for appeal. From what I remember, Jingasaurus went on HLN and said she was afraid a juror would be able to see JM posing for pictures and autographs. Nurmi whined. Jinga was called to the stand and testified that she DID NOT see any jurors at the time, just that she was afraid they would since they are able to go to the front of the courthouse. After that, Judge Stephens said that she wanted Grace Wong be called to testify. Not sure why they waited so long. Since it was mentioned to bring her lawyer on Monday, maybe they needed time for her to have a lawyer review what was going on.

I agree. They have a picture over on WS that shows after court that day, Nurmi and the Mitigation Specialist walking right in front of the media trucks. They turned around and walked back by them. Nobody even attempted to look at them or ask for their autograph.

I barely heard what she was saying to the Judge but it sounds to me like she has some personal medical issues where I thought I heard her mention 'testing' and then finding out results.

Judge says to her "I don't want to know your personal issues, you are under subpoena".

Does this go towards the motion for a mistrial due to prosecution's conduct?

I would hope that this trial would not have to start over with all of the time and money that has been spent.

I wish, but there hasn't been a decision on the current motion for mistrial. Is it really JM's fault that they (DT) can't do their jobs?

I'm sure this has been mentioned before, but Jodi's appearance is drastically different now than when she was together with Travis. Trying to appear more innocent? With the glasses and wispy bangs, she looks kind of like Shannon Elizabeth in "Jay And Silent Bob Strike Back".

At least she knows what she'll look like in that orange jumpsuit.
