I just did a kick *** impersonation of Nancy Grace when my hubby came in the door.

"So, let me get this straight. You actually came home early, for.a.Iowa.baketball.game? Um, let's go over this."

Guess you had to be here but it was great!!!! Even my daughter (14) was cracking up. I nailed it!

I'm probably the only one awake and that's okay, I'l just pretend you're all my journal (which I think is what Jodi has been writing in everyday, she's documenting her life. Anyway, I was watching the video of the girl who impersonates Jodi, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UTUL6P6mQAg and it was the first time ever that I caught the end. She's asked "Jodi, is there anything you regret" and I thought she said "My baaaaaaaaaaaaaby", but she says "My bangs" hahahhahha, oh my gosh, that was too funny. She should regret those terrible whispy things.

Oh good, I can run my disturbing thought by you! I was listening to Jodi spew her lies in one of her police interviews and I started thinking about how to tell what is truth, what is lies. What if it were possible to do a brain transplant from one human to the next, what the recipient be able to pull memories from the individual they got the brain from? How crazy would that be?!?! I need to invent a machine like that.

I've wondered that as well. I'm sure there are tons of sites to check out, but this one obviously is the most fun.

Yes, its 5am and I am awake, shoot me.

We got home from dinner and turn on TV in our room and my husband goes look he's got her. I couldn't believe Juan got a start tonight.

It was frigging crazy. Violet is a snarky B***H.
Did anyone notice how she kept looking at the DT??
It was driving us nuts.

I understood where he was going with the Snow White analogy, but she isn't letting him get there intentionally.
We will see if he continues it or just moves on to the next sham she portrayed on Monday.

That paper was very relevant with Willie and now with JM not so much. Another crock in her BS theories.

He is going to take her little abuser paper and turn it all to Jodie and I can't wait to see it live!

And yes I agree, juror #5 needs to get out of there. She is constantly looking over at the other jury members, she is going to make an issue come up.

Sorry I have not been on here, been having to watch the trial off my DVR cause I have been busy, but man did I LOVE JM FINALLY getting a little cross in. I love this guy, I know some women find him aggressive (I don't think I have seen a man say this yet), but I LOVE IT.

He is supposed to be aggressive, he is trying to rip the DT's BS story apart and goes at it like Clubber Lang in Rocky 3 on these FOOLS! ALV tried to spar with him for bit thinking she could and he just ran her over! She by the end she was YESing up a storm for JM!

She tried some stall tactics and so did Wicked Witch Willie and they got through the day, but I guarantee he struck fear in ALV! Her hard man hating exterior would NEVER admit it, but it is there her body language started to show it towards the end and it is only gonna get worse!

My prediction for this Cross Examination? PAIN!!!

I am watching Dr. Kevin Horn, ME, going over all the autopsy photos of Travis.

JA is crying like a fool.......why? She did ALL this to him.

The Alexander Sisters are totally bent over in pain crying.

And Willlllie is writing like a mad woman......why? And while the camera is mostly fixated on JA, I get to watch Willllie write and use all sorts of colored markers. Gawd.

I should really get some sleep!!! Night All!!!

I agree that ALV does not like men. I think this is why Nurmi didn't do direct with her.

ETA: I found out over on WS that they knew from early morning, before court started for the am portion, that Juror 5 would probably be there for the afternoon session. This makes me feel a little better that it was cleared early on from the Judge. However, I still don't think this is going to turn out well.

Holy Cow! Not sure if anybody saw this at WS. Yesterday, some thought that the Judge said she wanted to see ALV in the hallway. It is true. The lady who is friends with Travis' family posted her thoughts on this. She said yesterday, after ALV requested the potty break, ALV stopped by Travis' sister,Sam, and said something to her. This is ILLEGAL! She couldn't tell what she was saying because ALV was very close to Sam. She did see ALV her kind of shrug her arms as to say,"well, what can you do?" Later, the friend approached Sam and told her this was illegal, that ALV is not allowed to contact her due to Victims Bill of Rights. Sam told her," Juan is taking care of it." Now this is all speculation on the friends part but she is alomost certain this is what the Judge wanted to speak to ALV about. This is crazy!

IMO, I don't think the jury is getting lost on what Juan is doing. I think first of all, that Juan knew that he had to take control of ALV early on. It was apparent in her demeanor change from the moment he started speaking. I am not saying that I didn't expect it. She is talking to the opposing team who is trying to rip apart her life's work( which I think she did that all by herself by blatant lying on the stand. Any abuse counselor should be able to see that Jodi was abusive, manipulative, obssesive,etc. and for her to say that Jodi is none of that reeks of BS.) However, I think Juan knew ALV would be combative and he had to take charge early on. I also think the jury was waiting on this to happen. As far as the Snow White story, I think I see where he is going. He is trying to show that ALV can claim abuse to someone in a made up story without knowing all the details or even being there. Jodi has a made up several stories, has admitted to lying about these stories, yet ALV continues to believe them and labels Travis a perpetrator based on what a known liar says. He is using ALV own words against her. And I say good for him.
