KPHO feed is still going. Judge's assistant is talking to Juror 5 while everyone leaves the courtroom. Somebody jsut handed her a note.

Oh snap, they just cut the feed.

Darn. I wasn't on KPHO. And for all the swearing up and down HLN does that we won't miss a minute, they do cut it right after the Judge ends for the day. I wish they'd show the scanning of the room and all. Missing some good ****!

When I miss the live feed, I watch HLN.

I think it's a bit too much.

He's a smart prosecution I don't get why he has to put on a show? She killed him. Stay focused. Stop bullying.

*sigh* I agree. I hope in the end he's got a good point.

Yesterday, on HLN, they were talking aoout the Judge's chambers being more of a hallway instead of a room. Maybe it was along those lines.

Some of JA's fog must have taken over ol' Alyce. She can't seem to remember what she said either. She thinks she is smooth by being so flip.

I think JM is like my family, there is a lot of us and we are loud and don't even realize it. We had to to be heard..lol People tell us all the time to stop yelling.

Thanks for the link. I've OD'd on this stuff for today (except to watch HLN for what I missed when my feed went out ) so I'll hang onto it for the weekend. Tomorrow I spend the day with my sweetheart of a DGD, exhausting little child that she is. Need to try to get a good night's sleep.

Over on WS, the people in the courtroom say he is not as loud in person as on TV. It is where the mikes are that pick up that he is yelling. They say he is talking loud but not yelling as it appears onT V/live feed.

And a darn good one it is! How many of those jurors make that? I'm not saying she shouldn't make that much, and it may be standard, but for that much, and testifying in court, one should REALLY have one's **** together.

I watched some crazy taped blogger the other day, they were talking about Dr Samuels and flashed a picture of Searcy.

Yeah and all the pacing and flailing of arms and stuttering and sputtering is just our lousy feeds too.

That the other jurors know she's been released, probably don't know why, but with her in the courtroom, it's hanging over them. And that there's a concern about her making any kind of eye contact with jurors.

Could you imagine being on the jury, with all those sidebars, and being uncomfortable that you might make eye contact if you scan the gallery? I wonder if Juror #5 won't be in the courtroom after today.
