Your theory sounds good, and if she shot him last, it would seem like a finality thing. What doesn't make sense is why she would risk stabbing him first? I almost wonder if she somehow drugged him beforehand. Not necessarily real drugs but something like a large dose of benedryhl so that he wouldn't have been all that capable of fighting back (Though I do realize some people experience the opposite effect, but with me, I'm out for at least 10 hours after I take a benedryhl and go into a really foggyrotfl2

To the bolded, I want to know what else is on that camera. Pictures of him dying? Just the sex pictures? Too many questions unanswered!
I still have a difficult time making out the picture. Maybe I'll have to look for the outline picture. Somebody had stated that the picture was originally taken at a different angle or upside down or something? I'm not understanding how she's dragging the body if his shoulder is right by her leg...under the arms?

My husband is testifying in a trial today and I really wanted to go watch him in action. But he tells me to stay and watch JA it will be way more interesting.
I think he is just worried that if a defense attorney gets nasty with him, he may have to bail me out for contempt. He is no fun.......

That was pretty interesting, I didn't watch the trial so I don't know those specifics, but thought that exhibit (not shown in court according to the movie) of blood spatter (or lack of) on Spector's white jacket if he had held the gun in the woman's mouth was a good piece of evidence.
I thought the movie was pretty good but I would have liked to see it in TWO parts and maybe tonight show the second trial. He was one odd nutbag.

DH and I are sitting here watching the HBO Special "Phil Spector".
I still can't figure it out, outline or not.I remember when they first showed that picture of her dragging TA, I couldn't figure it out - what I was seeing. Then I saw on some site someone outlined the pant leg and shoe and you can see his shoulder was lifted off the ground, he was being dragged.I think it was just last week I saw that outline, but had seen that picture when the trial started. I just could not see the foot before and put in perspective.
Then when I saw the outline, it was DUH, how did I miss it?
I have spatial issues.

I watched the Phil Spector trial, but came in late on it because I didn't even know who he was. It was a letdown to not be able to watch the 2nd trial after being so invested in the first. Plus, I just loved Judge Fidler and the prosecutor (Something Jackson?).

Yup, I've seen that picture, altho it looks better there...the color is clearer than I've seen before, so it does help a bit. But I still have trouble seeing what the notations on it say they are.
