And that Travis's family were asked to remove their blue ribbons but Jodi's mom wears a "#1 mom" necklace....

Remember the questions are not in order. Allot of the questions would have been when he admitted lying.

I wouldn't either. I think this jury is doing a great job based on their questions. I don't think it is going over the jury's heads that everything the doctor is basing his observations on is JODI's words.

But the jury isn't allowed to be aware of all the stalkerish things she did.

I wouldn't either. I think this jury is doing a great job based on their questions. I don't think it is going over the jury's heads that everything the doctor is basing his observations on is JODI's words.

It's the questions that talk about how Jodi was once lying, but now is telling "the truth" or at least worded that way that worry me.

If I asked thst type of question for example I would ask it saying "Isn't it true this test was based on her former story and not her current one?" Not "the Truth", because I don't believe it is the truth even though it is her current story.

I thought the questions were not in order. I know the judge had said when the jury asked Jodi she said they were not in order.
